mabari belts and ubese bandoliers were both given condition so I guess that would be considered a nerf

I wouldn't buy it unless the armor you plan to use it on is in an ADK anyway. That's a lot of money for anything else.
two words: mabari pre-nerf
Marbi belts were never nerfed.
and - on gorath at least - you can still find mabari shirts with 0 con and 4 sockets that count as armour and don't decay - pre-nerf or un-nerfed, i have a sack of them

ok, help me if i'm way off base here, but at MBH/MC i have 200 carbine accuracy - i've been considering buying a +18 carbine accuracy AA, but at what point does it become superfluous? or, does it just keep stacking?
thanks!
I would love to add another question to the mix. How does moving affect your accuracy? Is it a straight negative modifer? For example, if it is a -50, then a 300 accuracy would be a 250 accuracy while moving. Or is it an entirely different system, such that only Carbine Accuracy While Moving modifiers have any effect?

What are these mabari shirts you speak of
TBH I get tired of explaining this, but here goes.... A patch some time ago they changed Ubese shirts and bando's so that they ALL take CA's not (both pre and post nurf) and any made after the patch have 1000 condition..... Both pre and post nerf can / were made with 4 sockets.
Mabari belts have never been nerfed.... They always, and still can be made with no condition, take AA's and be made with 4 sockets... I made a couple the other week for my alt.

We are definitely off-topic in this thread, but oh well....
The CU will try to eliminate every single pre-nerf item in the game, so don't expect very many "unbalancing" items left in the game......I won't say what is going away and changing, mainly because I honestly don't know, but I do know the mindset of the Devs on this entire subject....

The effective cap on carbine accuracy is +225. +200 is attained with MBH / MC then +25 is max you can have from attachments. Force sensitive will give added accuracy which may amount up to 250, not sure.
You sir are wrong.
Ubese shirts and Ubese bandoliers were nerfed, the mabari armorweave belts STILL have absolutely no condition. I had one crafted 5 days ago.

Let me clarify and correct this info....notyour numbers because the +200, +225 is very true, but you forget about the loot Stims and Snow Cake's 40%......right now the FS Ranged Accuracy doesn't work but I believe the FS Melee Accuracy still works (haven't tested lately so don't quote me on that one).
And we are talking about the EFFECTIVE cap, which I believe to be much lower than +225 max via MBH/MC + SEA's......using Snow Cake IMO makes a pure Carbineer hit Defense Stackers with little to no problem, as I have done it

I think it takes Snow Cake to hit a strong Defense Stacker even if you have +225 Accuracy....but at +155 Accuracy and Snow Cake I can hit them too (and my Carbines are all above +70 Accuracy too).....so you be the judge on what you need with your template and buffs. Just like the Speed Cap, each person is different because of different templates and different weapons used.

Very true and that brings up a point at least I haven't looked into.....can you get enough Carbine Accuracy to negate Blind? Well that is a tough one to answer and quite frankly my testing motivation on LIVE is very small
does
mean because it all going to change or
does
mean is testing somewhere else has started

As my fencer stacker alt can tell you, blind is indeed a b1tch
You can never have too much accuracy for PvP.
