That E11 carbine... I can't get my head around the DPS..! 860?! That seems outrageously high. How?
Look at the speed rating. It's an excellent weapon by itself, simply because of damage and SAC. And is upgraded by a speed PuP.
While a speed PuP leads to exceedingly high DPS values, the calculation doesn't properly reflect how things in game really work. If that carbine was mine, i would rather use a SAC or damage PuP on it, both of them give it a good deal more of battle endurance and thus more of damage output against any real target.
With high DPS you're great in shooting dwarf nunas, but as soon fighting a high level mob or a player, a weapon with so high speed quickly eats up your action bar, no matter what food you take. And as soon as your action is gone you both loose damage output and combat options.
