Looted scopes pre-pub 22 will give the crafted weapon blast damage. It will convert to energy after re-logging though...
I am more interested in the Speed.....I got mine to 2.04 I think, but not this low as I am aware of those scopes.

I didn't notice the speed of his carbine, that's pretty fast. I think my double capped elite with +63 acc and 1.95 speed (with 12 % speed slice) was made with +184 power cells. I too wonder how he got the speed down that low...

As a gift becoming the Carbineer Correspondent I got this E11 Mark II from an allied guild weaponsmith.
Unsliced/Unpupped Stats:
Attack Speed: 2.19
Damage: 434 - 1063
Accuracy Bonus: 15
Wound: 28.7%
SAC: 73
I got to pick the name as well, so that's where my Squad Leader in my kicked in
.
This is btw. my first custom made weapon. So far I always have been using factory run Carbines from my PRE CU days and with having gotten my first ADK just last week, guess what's going in there
