on my server a group went to the avatar platform and got lots - and yes the +23 general speed cost me around 16 mill - and in total my gear is approaching the 200mill cost
general accuracy - i have my eye on a +25 on my galaxies trade forums - money is not a problem when your a good master WS... equipment (and not skills) is what seems to give me the edge in pvp.. more skills would help though - as a level 54 char i only have 1.6k health or so due to my speicies specific -ve health bonuses
also some PSG's give +10 general ranged accuracy

just saying it can be done.. im only just over 3 months into the game and by playing smart ive managed to do this... the main point i guess i was trying to make was that skill tapes make alot of difference - and if your serious about pvp you should try to get as many as you can. get a good damage weapon and use the insane bonuses on some of the new chef foods.. and it can allow anyone to achieve what ive done - the attachments have only cost me about 15 mill total - most of the rest is in the adk RIS - which is nice but not essential as if you fight well you will not take much damage yourself..

Aye. I hoped that after CU i could get into some things despite having a RL still... seems like i was wrong...
It just shows that life is just as it was before the CU-The people with the expensive+uber attachments and weapons STILL have a huge advantage over anyone else, CU was supposed to scrap that, pathetic......
it did put alot of WS out of buisiness - but those that are still around are getting more profits due to the lack of competition - i sell around 100 weapons a day (mostly 27k level 54 weapons - but usually a few 340+ dps krayt ones at a few mill each) making a few million every 24hrs. And im far from invinciuble - i only have like 1.7k health and very low defences..PvP is all about tactics now - and im just playing to my strengths..
And yes the best kit will still mean the best players - however its not as one sided as it used to be - using the right tactics im sure even the best PvP players can be beaten - i mainly use the element of surprise to win - most people i duel dont expect much of a fight from a crafter. Alsoin PvE im a noone - CL 54 = insta death far too often for me..

No offense mate, but all you seem to be doing here is flaunting the fact that on account of obscene wealth, you have encased yourself in a suit of never deteriating armor that magically grants you more skill modifiers than an elite profession.
Way to go balance SOE!

Wow great advice for PvP as a multi millionaire with lots of magic items...err, skill attachments.

hmm - wasnt expecing such a -ve responce - perhaps i wrote it wrong - all i was trying to show was the usefullness of skill attachments to our profession.. the ADK RIS is somewhat irellevent in this i suppose - im also sure a master marks/master carbs/BH will have more skill mods than i do even in this suit?

On the other hand, thinking it over... it was obvious, that there would be one or another way to gain an advantage over other players. And that way of course in the run of time would be where money flows, that's just how such games work. (You spend money for what makes your char stronger...)
The only disappointment is that it happened so quickly and that it's the old and obvious ways...
