Hey I havent bought a new carbine in a couple months,, so I was wondering what kind of carbine is the best out on the market today

I love my laser carbines. I have a gun that with poewrup is 504 max damage with the ar2 this gun destroys things. I have several acid guns (sorry forget the name) as back up but for the most part I use only my laser carbine.

my elite carbine - powered up is 219-595 3.3,, 50/69/48 HAM - but im a doc and i never see my HAM bars move much.

That cant be right on the Elite. Unless its 35% sliced and Krayt! Byt even then....

I love my DXR6 sure it cant do as much max dm as a laser carb but since it gets that added dm bonus since it shoots acid and has (from what ive seen) a better average dm.

DH17 is the best for PVE by far. Dont laugh yet...ive soloed a krayt and a giant kimogila using aregular old DH17. anything else will waste my HAM.

laser carbines are taxing but the AP2 makes it great for PvP

Yeah, when someone says they solo'd a Krayt, they mean they did it with just their pet(s) tanking 8)

I would advise doing Nym's mission and getting the nym slug-thrower. Without any power-ups or slices the stats are, [email protected] speed. With mine sliced for dmg and a speed power up it is [email protected] speed. It also does acid dmg. I simply love it. The weapon is the coolest looking thing out.

I said stick witha normal laser carbine, any master weaponsmith with right resource can make a 50-270 damage unsliced 3.6 second laser carbine, you can slice damage up to 360, and why using lower damageslower slug carbine, especially since laser carbine is AP 2 instead of 1, If I want acid, I just go pistoleer and use a scatter

bounty hunter = scatter
pistoleer = gimped scatter (aka dx2)

actually pistoleer use republican blaster now it's as good as scatter only require 2 tissues.

The Slug-Thrower is nice, but I would like the damage to be Kinetic; it would give us a nice boost in being able to take more diverse mobs.
