Proton carb FTW, its not to shabby from what iv seen, and a rather easy quest to get.

I think he is referring to the fact that actually carbineer carbines are all the old ones. While the E11 mk2 is quite good the other new carbines that can be used by a carbineer aren't that good. Other professions got quite a few. Rifleman especially.

the e11 and elite carbs i can craft (both have the same stats) easilly outdo all of the rotw quest weapons.

my personal carbs are

elite - damage capped 1065 i think

base dps - 373 - sac 94

e11 - damage capped 1065

base dps 340 - sac 79

i chose whatever is appropriate - there is NO quest carb/rifle/pistol that has stats close to these.

Dude...it's really annoying hearing complainst like yours. Are you master carbineer + jack? Something tells me you're master carbneer + something else. You get to choose your template, choose wisely.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

He's just going off of what he has experienced on his server, which as we all know things vary greatly from server to server.

I know its possible to get better SAC but even on my server its hard to find one with it low.

Personally I feel that there should be carbines for carbineers that have more variety in looks.

I like my E11 Mark II...I got some rather nice change overs. My Modded DPS is around 550. I am happy. Screw a new looking carbine. I was upset that the ee3 didnt get a stronger ability...

Served? I just get sick of every profession complaining about how other professions got this, or other professions got that. I'm guessing the grass is always greener on the other side eh? Do ya'll remember just two months ago, where a guy with disposabel gilette razor bladetaped to his fingers could level a Krayt dragon all by himself, and if you looked at him cross, you'd be on your back praying for swift kick in the nuts? Carbineers (and other ranged profs) got a nice little boost (and rightly so), yet there are still some folk complaining about how stuff such as "well...those guys got this, and those guys got that" Well...there's nothing preventing you from becoming those guys, in fact for three weeks we were encouraged to become those guys and try it out. I see so many other things to complain about and not getting a shiney new toy just doesn't rank up there in my books. Return Serve!

Shiny new toys or not, the original poster is correct to point out that at times this forum looks more like the BH forum than the Carbineer forum. With so many people picking up BH, you're more than half likely to see somebody reply to a thread such as "What's the best Carbineer damage special?" with an answer like "Critical Shot." I was quoting and agreeing with the original poster on his point about this being the Carbineer forum, that's all. But good post anyway.
