Concerning Carbine Speed, from the FAQ:

I) Mid-level Carbineer with +40 Carbine Speed will need a 0.67 Weapon Speed to Cap
II) Master Carbineer with +60 Carbine Speed will need a 1.00 Weapon Speed to Cap
III) Master Carbineer and Master Marksman with +65 Carbine Speed will need a 1.14 Weapon Speed to Cap
IV) Master Carbineer and +10 Attachments with total +70 Carbine Speed will need a 1.33 Weapon Speed to Cap
V) Master Carbineer and +20 Attachments with total +80 Carbine Speed will need a 2.00 Weapon Speed to Cap
VI) Master Carbineer and Master Marksman and +25 Attachments with a total of +90 Carbine Speed will need a 4.00 Weapon Speed to Cap

Most Carbines are easy to find under 4.00 Weapon Speed, so at +90 Carbine Speed it becomes easy to fire EVERY Special once every second. You can also add in +Carbine Speed from Bounty Hunter for a +115 Carbine Speed without any Attachments, but as you can see above, going above +90 Carbine Speed has little effect.

Nice copy from the FAQ, but all should really read where I got those numbers and the associated examples.....

Getting to +90 or even +92 Carbine Speed is the effective cap on that, but the others, Accuracy/Accuracy While Moving/Aiming/Counterattack have no cap.....well Counterattack supposedly caps at +125 from TH said most of those defensive hard caps are broke and won't be fixed except thru the Combat Revamp.

The alternative to getting the needed skill mods with SEA's is of course taking BH.....if you got the skill points

I was giving a compliment and pointing out those numbers by themselves can be confusing and should be explained more....as I do in the FAQ.

Go ahead, say some more great insights and you can get your posts removed.....you disgust me with the utter lack of competent thought behind your post.....go to some FotM Forum, you will fit in much better.....

At least make this comment on a post where I am bashing the Devs or something.....not when I simplystating facts and answering questions......I often have a realistic view that childish people call pessimism (NOTE SPELLING) so please go attack any of those posts......

Maybe I have a new mission in SWG.....create a character on Radiant......

And if you want to attack me, please get the name right, TAfirehawk or Iebas

This is the ENTIRE reason I responded to this post initially.....

THIS IS HORRIBLE ADVICE and absolutely incorrect as not EVERYBODY such as yourself has BH (which this poster didn't say a thing about).....just ask any person here that has any clue about how Carbineer works with and without BH.....don't take my word for it ask ANYBODY with more than 100 posts in this Forum.

BTW, there is no PROOF that Carbine Accuracy While Moving does anything.....

+90 Caps for a 4.0 weapon and I have seen some over 4.0......so it depends.

+85 is what you get with Master Carbineer and +25 in SEA's (which is the max) and that caps a 2.7 weapon.

If you look closely, that's what I highlighted in my post. But I suppose you're welcome anyway
