Thread: Master Carbs and MWS? Who PvPs and how?

I am an MWS who has Master Carbs for the love of the weapon. But as I hit master I have noticed a signifigant increase in my ability to PvE. Which of you other MWS out there are Master Carbs? Do you PvP? How do you make yourself effective. I have been playing with varying combos of special as recommended here. Some to very good effect. Took two kimogolias and two nym elite body guard by myself the otehr night! I know that doesnt add up against PvP so I wondered...
BTW this set seems to work well for me.

Seems that list of Specials you have given is a mix of Cone Effect and Single Target ones.....be sure to use each Special in the right situation.
BurstShot2 is the king of Cone Effect Damage Specials for the Carbineer and LegShot3 is the king for Single Target Damage Specials......but of course throw in FAA2 and FAS2 with a sprinkling of CS1 and CS2 
As far as PvP, well there are a lot more expert posts in the FAQ than I can post here myself.

My sincere recommendation for you is to drop Carbineer and SWG in general if you aren't having fun, which you clearly aren't. This is a GAME to have FUN.
BTW, we have no cheese here so take your whine somewhere else

my suggestion is to fix carb and dont get mad at youre long paying customers who are telling the truth!!!!! it isnt good for customer service! god its good to know the people who are supposed to be helping have such great attitude but since you have no arguement against any of the points i raised i would expect as much hehe!

just because carbs cant do too much dmg solo (i think we can in the right situations), doesnt mean it is ineffective in pvp...i mean, havent u seen what we can do to mobs in 2 shots...i couldnt do a base defense/raid without a carbineer....fullauto area 2 then wildshot2/actionshot2/suppresion2 is killer...just cuz ur not the swordsman or rifleman in pvp doesnt mean u cant help a TEAM

this is bs "carbs dont do much dmg solo" I pvp almost everyday and am solo 90% of the time. If you shoot at 1 shot per second, with crip shot/scatter 2 with good equipment you will own alot of regular any day pvp'rs you haveto remember although some of use are prepared not everyone has 35-40% stun 85% base armor.... As ta has stated carbineer for pvp isnt for the economy minded pvp'r, if you dont pick up bh. I have bh and use pretty good equipment and I get a tell almost every time I own a stacker. Its much easier to pick up rifleman and buy a 30% dmg sliced jawa from a 12pt and own but like everyone has stated before once again "carbineer isnt for everyone"...so stop whining . and one more thing I think those figures are based on master carbs with no extra speed, if you pick up bh or sea's and fs skills you will outdamage a pistoleer no prob using equal equipment

And my template (both actually) have absolutely ZERO BH.....
Not that I don't like BH, it is that BH is NOT required for Carbineer.

for a long time i was just master carbs master swords master brawler and some medic i think...if u have the money its a good temp u just need +25 acc, spd, acc while moving, and some good krayt guns...its doo'able, but like they say...u need the money
