does dizzy with ks improve as u get better, cause with dizzy hit one and lung one everything just gets right back up and never falls back down. will this improve when i get to fencer and higher up fencer? or am i jsut having bad luck or was this completly nerfed?

The dizzy is very broken.. I can't get it to stick.. the target just stand up again..
the dizzy is very short and weak tho, i use a dizzy from the BH carb tree

but I am almost master carbineer.. why should BH's carbineer specials be more powerfull then a master carbineer's?
They got better dizzy and better knockdown.. c'mon.. fix our dizzy and knockdown please

The carbineer's dizzy-effect is really not that great (I only witnessed the flop-over on one NPC so far) by itself, ..
On the other hand, the ability to land more than one type of state-change is not that bad at all.
The duration of our straight knockdown is 5 seconds.
The duration of the dizzy is 10 seconds (or even only 5 seconds).
The power of the riflemen's dizzy comes from the "odd situation" that they could do this:
second 01: dizzy for 10 sec
second 02: dizzy for 10 sec MORE: 10-1+10 = 19sec dizzy now
second 03: dizzy for 10 sec MORE: 19-1+10 = 28sec dizzy now
second 04: posture down, still dizzy for 27 seconds
second 05: dizzy for yet another 10 seconds MORE, ...
You get the picture.
(I am Curious: Did that get fixed at all yet?)
We cannot "stack up" dizzies like that, simply because we cannot dizzy with every shot. By the time we landed a dizzy and a posture down and the next dizzy, the dizzy timer is already used up.
Personally I prefer, ..
- the straight knockdown for PVE, just KD, then I try to land one or two burst shots for the bonus damage from shooting a knocked down target.
- and the fullAuto for the blind effect. And.. (if not buffed), to balance the health/action pool drain between using burstShot and fullAuto.

The carbineer dizzy shot is a very novice skill. It starts in the Marksman:Carbineer Tree with FullAutoSingle1, and closes in the Novice Carbineer BOX with FullAutoSingle2.
If we want improvements to our specials, we should come up with constructive critique and true descriptions of our current state.
Our dizzy special is not a master skill. You just looked very ill-informed.
The bounty hunter has better knockdown and dizzy then a carbineer, they got awsome Pistol specials such as eye-shot and they got the LLC tree.
To me it seems like I'm as a master carbineer is weaker with my own weapon (the carbine) then a bounty hunter.

yup.. and then we spent all our points, and to master BH you got 33 points left for medic skills to heal yourself. and we got 13 points left after learning BH carbineer skills.
To me giving another profession (BH) higher speed then the "master profession" (carbineer) is
the same as say that a truck driver can drive faster a F1 car then a F1 driver.
If you think Master BH is stronger than Carbineer than you are greatly mistaken. I'm currently BH/Carbineer and I'm dropping BH to go Master Carbineer with a melee profession.
If you are willing to sacrafice all the skill points, then you damn well deserve the extra speed/power. Me? I'd rather get the defenses from other professions than just be fast.
