Thread: Publish 7 major changes!
Carbineer Specials have been improved:
The dizzy effect in /fullAutoSingle1, /fullAutoSingle2, /fullAutoArea1 & /fullAutoArea2 have been improved
/burstShot2 was changed from a single target to an AE cone attack
/actionShot2 now hits all targets in the area of effect.
Defense / To-Hit Fixes:
Melee attackers now get a To Hit bonus when attacking targets with ranged weapons.
Dodge enhancing Food now decreases your chance of being hit.
Accuracy increasing food now increases your chance to hit your target.
Dead Eye buff now increases your chance to hit your target.
Warcry has been changed from being a single target lock down preventing it from attacking to a method of “crowd control”. Enemies can be temporarily prevented from attacking as long as they are not currently being attacked themselves.
Bleed DoT Improvements: Targeted pool bleeds (/mindShot1 & 2, /healthShot1 & 2, etc) now hit their intended pool on the initial strike as well as the bleed damage.

cripes buddy. Hold off on the BASIC. Im a little rusty in that language.
well its a start...bit late but hey i cant wate.
The warcry being changed bothers me though...Charge shot followed by warcry is a killer pvp combo grrr
but if i have a dizzy its all good hehe : )

This is great. Now we'll be able to do dizzy+KD combos, all for a measly 92 points! And people can still dabble in BH carbineer and become extremly skilled with carbineer.
I hope they fix chargeshot2 too.

That's assuming one heck of a lot there, isn't its Nova? Won't trust it until I (at least) see some hard data on the revamp.
No matter what really happens in Publish 7, we should just be happy to be mentioned for fixes and not more nerfs (if there is anything left to nerf
).
I think we are starting to see the Devs plan of increasing AoE attacks, at the second level.
