I copied this from Novamarine with a few modifications.....

The developers will be putting up a "sandbox" server to test the combatupgrade changes soon. Each Correspondant is being given access and allowed to bring 5 experts from their profession. Therefore, I will need 5 assistants to help me test. Let me be clear this is for testing. You will be required to come play on the server, I might make you grind the profession to see how easy or hard it is to level, we will tackle high-end mobs, etc. We will be TESTING. Do notapply if you do not want to test! Do not apply if you do not want to start over (though equipment will likely be provided). Do not apply if you will be upset that this character will be deleted when the sandbox is no longer needed. If you see yourself wanting to spend considerable time grinding to get a Jedi or testing in the JTL Beta, please do not apply.

Picking the Carbineer Assistants is totally my discretion. I will be picking based on these criteria:

1. Forum visability. Long-time contributors are often a valuable and trusted source of information.

2. Profession. I will be picking masters of different templates so we get different play styles tested.

3. Communication. You must be able to write clearly and communicate your thoughts.

4. Maturity. No k00l dUdEs please. If you have ever said "pwned" in game, you need not apply.

If you believe you fit these qualifications, send me a private message with the following:

1. Carbineer Assistant as the subject.

2. What your prefered carbineer-based template is and relevant professions done past and present.

3. What time zone you are in and when you typically play. 5 pm EDT to 1 am EDT preferred.

4. What experience do you rate yourself in PvE and PvP on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest.

I *will* be reading your message history after you apply to verify how will you fit my 4 criteria.

I sent mine. Might take a little extra time to put me on TC because of my connection, but if I'm needed there for a week or so, I can take the time off the Live servers.

The Sandbox will be a full download of a separate copy of SWG, just like the JTL beta. Not to mention the hardware won't be supporting thousands around the world, so a good connection to the Internet is very important.

I welcome all Carbineers PM'ing me and I will get into more details on a need to know basis

Though my primary gaming computer is on a slower connection, I do have a means of getting the files via a high speed computer. Might take a couple extra steps on my part, but I can be up and running in a reasonable amount of time (an extra hour or so).

Like an actual file we d/l from SOE, or something similar to the current testcenter that just installs itself into a seperate directory. Either way i have a decent connection so it shouldn't be a problem.

In the event it is an issue, I just upgraded to cable internet tonight. Connection is no longer an issue for me.

Ouch, I can hear my computer dying from low memory space, rofl. Oh, well, I'm getting a new one soon. Still, my new CPU wont be here for a while, so if you were thinking about chosing me for the Sandbox, glance over my application for the time being. Unless of course I removed TC......
