The smart resource manager should be keeping stock in resources that are "worthless" right now, though, because there's no guarantee that they'll ALWAYS be worthless. Especially given that the CURB will be reworking the entire AS/WS dynamic and, potentiall, resource usage.

But back to the point of this thread... I'm glad to hear that things are going to return to, more or less, normal. Good work on the research, Lunariel.
