Even though I am a Master Architect I like the galaxy wide vendor search idea. One change I would like to see though is a keyword search for item. That way I can look for a certain item instead of paging through thousands of items. I have found though it is easier to search if I just go from planet to planet and use planet search option.

That's what they should have done BEFORE they did this galaxy vendor search.

I was running a test for the value of a steel by pricing 10k bricks at 40 cpu and climbing till i think 130 cpu to see what the value was. I think the highest one got bought. Go figure. I assume it was the poor way the bazaar refreshes.
wow something similar happened to me and I didnt even give it a second thought until now... currently I have about 100 crates of Ranged weapon power-ups on my vendor, they are all the same +33% max/+16% min.... any way I guess my lasttime Iput them up about 3 weeks ago I put 40 crates up at 10k... all the rest of the crates are at 2k. I never noticed this mistake, because no one ever bought 10k ones, they always bought the 2k ones and probably thought I was crazy for sellling the exact same thing at 2 different prices. Well since this galaxy wide viendor search went live the 10k ones have been flying off the shelves, and I havent been selling the 2k ones, I have reimbursed everyone that has bought the 10k ones and sent them an email saying that 10k was a mistake and they should be 2k.
I was wondering why people were buying the 10k ones and not the 2k ones... maybe it hasomething to do with the way items are listed on the bazaar and people are just happy to find what they are looking for and are willing to pay whatever the price, rather than looking through the 1 million+ pages of crates.

No difference for me, sales are the same. I'm selling armor, it's almost impossible to find one sinlge peace of armor before this listing problem will be fixed.

My vendor sales tripled if not more. I didnt have master merchant so most of my sales were per word of mouth....never spammed in cities as I hated that. As a buyer though..agree that there is way too much to wade through . Would be great to have more sections like....copper...steel...paintings..furniture..lighting..etc. or a search button. I vote for search button hehe. All in all I love it..and don't understand ppl who don't. As a resource seller its a win win situation because I still got the impulse sales when they came to my shop to buy that one item plus they saw my decorations lol.

As a customer only I have had good use of the new search so far. I found a Starship part I needed and would never have found with out the search, it was tucked away on Lok and while I was there I had a scan trough the other vendors and bought another hige priced item. I would say both myself and the vendor won out of the search on that occasion.
