If those are your only skills, you are locked into only one possible way besides Missions to earn credits - Looting. Find out what items are popular on your server, find out what drops them, and go fight those things exclusively.
You could try going into resource harvesting business on the side. It doesn't take any skill to drop harvesters. You could get a few mediums and then advertise your harvesting services for sale at a fixed cpu to anyone that contracts with you and provides the waypoint.
Do you have JTL? Theres also some good money in space.

Very nice money in space. I made over 50k creds on one Duty run with 1-0-0-0 pilot. You get the payout from the Duty, and you can sell all that space loot to the chassis dealer.
Define poor, had another poster complaining they were poor because they only had 10 million credits and not 50 million credits. Is there something you need but cannot afford? Or do you have most everything you need but your current credit total is lower than you would like?
1) Resources, you do not even need to be an artisian, just get a heavy harveter and drop it and harvest whatever happens to be there. OR drop it next to other harvesters of the same type and get what is probably good stuff and move it when they move. OR pick up Artisian (Survey IV) and become a more proactive miner, more work but higher reward.
2) Looting, but that takes a lot of knowledge to figure out what drops what and then you have the issue of selling it either via the trade forums or a merchant.
3) Large group and destroy missions pull down a decent wage.

Sell that loot to a SW and you could make a lot more. Personally, I pay 1500 per level bs 1000 per level if you sell to the chassis dealer.
Pilot is the way to go, it takes zero SP.
As a shipwright, i will look through your loot and pay up to 500k per piece (for the really good ones) and make money that way.
if you happen to play on Eclipse, send me a tell and I'll refer to my employer.
