I am running around Bestine this morning, blasting Imperial troops when I spy this guy who appears to be a noob get stopped by a Imp for a contraband search.
I blow away the ST doing the search and what is the first thing I hear.. a tell asking me...
"do you wanna buy a anti decay kit?"
followed by
"how much do they go for on your server?"
I didnt know what to say.. it was soooo out of context and from left field given the situation and its not the first time I have been accosted by d00ds trying to hawk the kits for 8 million credits or more.
It was just strange

The funny thing is all of our kits are sitting in a pack. We have 5 ADK's, 18 resource deeds and 15 no power deeds. Noone has wanted to use them lol.
Honestly, we do not have alot of uber weapons in our guild, so the ADK are not needed...saving them if we get good weapons. I think we put two on pre-nerf weapons for n00b training and non-com defense. This became an "asset bank" if you will, where our guild members decided to store the items for safe keeping.
The resource deeds go for 4 mil or so.....that is over 130 cpu.....but most resources are under that price, so we do not use the deeds. We are waiting for the one time we need them for a resource that we cannot find...but sofar that has not happened either.
And, as far as the power, we have nuke power coming out of our ears.....24 million at last count. We have a very small guild harvest farm (no trade lots) so the farm is dynamic, movable, and that keeps our output high. No reason to save power there.
I just wonder if anyone else is doing the same.

2 ADK's, 4 resource deeds and 4 no power harvester kits (i think). Trying to trade for deeds and power kits. Might use the power kits if I get 8. Saving the resource deeds to see if there's something in the future that might be useful.

We are thinking of using the power deeds on the BER 13's, since they are less efficient. We usually use BER 10's, but the 13's are better on a rare spawn.

You understand that you can delete the weapon and thekit comes back to your inventory right? The raw power of these kits is unbelievable. I never ever used powerups. Why use them when they would rip up my weapons? Now, get them 10 crates at a time, and lay out 10 pups in my inventory so i can re-pup as soon as one goes away. I have a 90% chest plate and gloves. I only ever need to replace my helmet and boots. It is wonderful. Now instead of having 4 sockets in a belt for AAs, i have 12. Use em. Man, dont just let them sit. Even if you get a bunch of base weapons and slice untill you have 35% damage slices you will be better off than what you are doing now. Man, just try it once, you will be hooked, trust me. These things are worse than crack.

Hehe, no doubt. I was very enthused when I saw these implemented.

I fully expect that these things will be nerfed in the future. That's why I'm hesitant to do trades involving them.
