Wouldn't that be great? I get tired of flying from shop to shop only to find 'left overs' when the vendor title said 'Tons of good weapons'. Why can't we browse all of the player vendors, by category, just like we do the bazaar? Then we could purchase our items and go pick them up, without wasting hours looking at empty vendors.

It's not quite what youmeant I know..
but if you search through the vendors on the CTRL+V map, empty vendors don't show up - so you can guarantee that those you chose will have some items on them.
But yeah, your idea would bepretty handy - especially for people who perhaps live in towns far away from a shuttleport and so are less likely to having people passing.

You should be able at master merchant to register your vendors with the bazaars on the planet, be able to ONLY browse itemsand get a WP for the vendors...for a little fee of course....

Im sure I will be corrected BUT if I remember right...They designed control+v to actually do that. Search vendors from within that planet. Ever wonder why u have a wp attached to the sales email when you are standing right infront of the vendor....

Yeah but you can't see the items on the vendor. If I could see the items that were on each vendor I would be happy. The update to control V only means that the vendor will have something on it.

Which customer wouldn't love to see that implemented, just like bazaars work. But the vendors shouldn't be added automatically, it would make most of the merchant skills useless, so it needs to be a master merchant skill. If they were added automatically it would also become harder and more risky to run something like 'Guild Vendors', that offer items cheap in a hidden location.

"Browse all player vendors on a planet"
That would be unfair to those individuals that actually take the time to master the merchant profession or pursue some merchant skills.
That would let any player in-game throw up a single vendor just to get their wares shown in bazaar listings.
Master Merchants should be the only players that get the option to have all their items listed in the bazaar listings from their shop vendors.
It should be an additional Radial menu option like ad-barking or planetary listing.
Master Merchants should also be granted larger amount of listing on bazaar (not 25)
As your merchant levels increase so should the amount in which you could list things on the bazaar.
25sale items and items purchased from bazaar that needs to be retrieved should NOT count against one another NOR should offered items to players vendors be counted towards the 25 limit.
Nothing worse than merchants listing items on bazaar (20)
buying some items off-planet (10)
and then swooping out to tim-buk-too to offer a few items to a vendor ONLY to be rejected because you have to retreive OR cancel listings on the bazaar!
6k cap for sale item? HAHA
What a joke.
The bazaar needs an overhaul.
Many catergories have yet to have an item listed in them since day one... so why have the catergory?
This isn't BETA SWG.
After thought:
When you search on the bazaar by region, planet or galaxy.
then there should be and additional scrollable area under planet exclusively for master merchant vendors on that planet.
when you choose that option to search their vendors you can do so from any bazaar vendor on that planet, buy the item(s) you want, then travel to their shop via waypoint.

I agree totally, that it should be a master merchant skill.
I had to have a guildy buy some of my offerings the other day, so I could drop off a product on a clients vendor. That really sucks.
As for drop off vendors, I think EVERYONE should be able to have a drop off vendor. It shouldn't be used for anything else, but this would help merchants deliver there goods w/out having to contact the buyer in game to deliver. Either that or Master Merchants should have the ability to have a listing for only a certain player.

the logical way to do this is make merchant like pol is now, not take any sp. then anyone that wants to take the time can sell stuff.
and i agree there should be a way to browse every vendor's items from a central location. hell, i can call a store in real life and find out what they have. if we have all this advanced tech, why can't i do the same in game?
there are loads of things i would love to buy, but im not going to waste a day checking out every vendor to find them. it would also bring a lot more free market competition into pricing.
hard to sell a XXXXXXX for 100k, when most others are selling em for 50k. insert any item for XXXXXXXXX.

That would be very cool.
Personaly my vendors have thousands of items stocked. And I get a lot of "Thanks you so much", (I kow what it is like to hop from place to place to find vendors with a berry on them).
Food for thought.
