Thread: I quit the game.
Until they fix the Brawler class.I'm only interested in being a Brawler and sadly at the moment the Brawler class is a joke thanks to the devs.If they fix I will start playing again,until then it's back to EQ.
Hope to see you all again soon on Eclipse.If not it was fun while it lasted.

Seriously, man. I'm a TKA and I have a ball. Everyone has issues. If you quit because of problems every time, you're not gonna get much satisfaction out of life.
I don't see why everyone is quitting. Guess they can't have fun unless they're gods. Oh well...

All this means is you have an idea what a magic-using melee character in a fantasy setting should be about. I know what a bard should be like since I played them in both EQ and DAoC, but I don't complain that my Entertainer in SWG can't make the group run faster.
If you don't like the way the class is working out then you have two choices... you can stick around and try to get the devs to change things more to your liking, or you can leave. Either choice is valid and if you really do leave, then that's that I guess. If you like EQ better, then you should play that.
But drawing comparisons between two systems that are intended to be completely different isn't very useful. 1 star for you 
It's pathetic that people can't find the good in anything but are always looking for the bad. But hey, that's just my pathetic opinion, of course. 
And really, what the hell can I say to make him come back? He's made up his mind. It's not my job to keep him here or playing the game. I don't care that he's leaving. It's one less person to start a complaint thread in a forum that's already flooded with such. I get more depressed coming in here and seeing all the negativity than I do going to a homeless shelter. (/me waits for the homeless jokes)
Ok guys,I didn't want to start a flame war here.All I said is that I don't want to play the game in it's current state.The Brawler class is badly broken at the moment.I don't want to pay $15 a month for something that is broken.Until they fix it I'll carry on playing EQ.When they fix it they get my $15 again.It's really that simple.
I wasn't complaining or bitching,just stating the facts as far as the Brawler/TKA are concerned.As for making comparisons between SWG and EQ,I wasn't.
The guy said good luck in being a melee in EQ.I said I was one. And have been playing a number of years.
I'm not flaming SWG.It will be a good game for ME when they sort out the problems.
You and the other two charactersare pretty pathetic. This guy has legitimate concerns with character balancing. You push him out the door---SAD!

I'm working on the rifleman profession. I am also a novice TKA. I quit using TKA because it's NERFED BADLY. Last night I made 13k killing 5 (only 5) mountain squill. Try to do that with your tera kasi crap. Nope, I didnt' think so. We had a TKA who got incapped 3 or 4 times and died once. I on the other hand got incapped ONCE.
Don't flame a person who has legit claims about something.
