I honestly think that bleed stoppage should just max out at master medic...
its a ability that both CMs and Doctors share and thus would be unfair for one of the 2 classes to get the skill...i think if it did end up like that you would see a similar uproar to the why do doctors get to craft with experiment points gained in medic, but CMs cant?
As we all know this is a major sore point for the CM class right now...in order to prevent further unfairness to either class...something like bleed stoppage should remain where both can access it

Take a look at the issues lists and you will see taht this one is already on Test Center. We should have this live in the upcoming publish.

I just wanted to post my personal idea, so here goes. Since doctor's get skills to heal other states, how about an increase in our bleed healing power. but since CM's get the injury treatment skills over us, how about the CM's get bleed treatment speed. That way, both elite professions get an enhancement to first aid, just both specialize in different areas. Just my 2 cents worth

Everyone talks about bleeding but how do you do it.

You need a special attack that inflicts a DOT (damage over time). Fencers have a Health DoT, Swordsmen Mind, and Pikemen Action. The Marksman classes also have similarabilities that they gain. The "Bleed" attacks are named by the pool they drain, ie: ActionHit1 or ActionShot1.
