Anyone know where I can buy about 20 locked containers for slicing xp?

I found all my locked containers on the bizzar(or how ever you spell it), they ussualy have quite a few of them, and prices vary from 500 to 6000, so.... Best way to get through slicing in my eyes, and what I did was got my novice artisian friend make mecrates of cdef pistols from his factory, I got through it pretty damn quick like that.

You might also try hunting the Valarian and Hutt spawns in the Mos Eisley Slums behind the Lucky Despot Cantina. They do drop Locked Containers fairly regularly, plus you can start getting your Underworld and Dirty Fighting trees knocked out

A couple months ago I couldn't sell locked containers on the bazaar for 500 credits. Just for fun I put a couple on for 6000 last night and they sold in less than 3 minutes. Maybe this revamp is getting people excited

BUTSED! lol. Only person to actually notice the name...I tried a few others frist before they let me have this one...lol.
Cheers guys for the help. Have got Underworld IV already as I was Master Pistoleer (still am till I start TKM!) and I had 900k pistol xp waiting to be used. Will knock out the Dirty fighting in a couple of days...Just spices and slicing I have to figure out!!
Also, does anyone know if Smugglers can make their own clamops and knives? Do we need a factory and is there a FAQ on it. I am sure I have seen somethign on it but can't seem to find it again. Do you need to be an Artisan to be able to sue factories?

A couple of other things. Do I get the same xp from slicing weapons/armour as I do from containers? D I have to slice weapons to get the weapons slice skill? Or can I keep on slicing containers? If i set up a factory for making slices do I still get xp for it?

as a smuggler you have the certs for everything you need to slice, except upgrade kits. laser knives are at novice, FANs at Slicing 2 (I think) and clamps at slicing 4. But you'll probably just go out and buy crates of clamps like most people. You don't NEED a factory, but it helsp if you don't want to carry metal and a crafting tool around all the time. You'll need a weapon, droid and general item tool and the accompanying station. Any station will do. I have my own, but some people use droids or just go to a city or borrow a friend's. Then use an equipment factory for the schematic.
You get 250 points per successful slice, no matter what it is. The exception is terminals, which give you only 100 points.
And, just in case, I'll say here that the molecular clamps only ensure success IF you actually read the screen after you apply them. So, make sure to do that.

Cheers for the help. A slightly non smuggler related question. Where can I get a crafting station and a factory from? Do architects make them?

architects make crafting stations.
for crafting droids, visit your local Droid Engineer.
and clamps are usable by novice smugglers, but only craftable once u reach slicing 4.
