· Are you knowledgeable about theBrawler profession?
· Are you a community leader?
· Can you objectively identify relevant issues and distinguish them from simply passionate arguments?
· Do you like organizing information and corresponding with other members of a community?
The Development Team is looking for a volunteer correspondent for the Brawler Profession. Participation is completely voluntary and you can stop helping out at any time. We’re just looking for someone who can help us sort through the various issues for this profession.
Some things that you need to consider when applying:
· Developing online games takes a long time. Results happen over long time involvement.
· Player Correspondents should be leaders in their community and set a positive tone.
· Player Correspondents should understand the technical aspects of playing the profession and the needs of their community.
· Player Correspondents should be in touch with the communities concerns, understanding the essence of why players pursue their chosen profession.
If this is something you are interested in, please write a short paragraph on why you think you would be a good candidate and email it to [email protected]. Please put Brawler Correspondent in the Subject Line. By submitting this email to us, you agree to allow us to contact you in connection with Star Wars Galaxies and agree that all correspondence with and material submitted to SOE will be the exclusive property of SOE and SOE may use such materials without limitation and in its sole discretion.
After we have reviewed the submissions, we will pick one person to be our correspondent. We will set them up with a special community title here on the forums and ask them to help highlight for us the relevant issues relating to this profession.
We will still continue to monitor the forums and read as many threads as we can. The correspondent is just to help us focus on the top issues and community concerns of the profession.
Thank you.
I'm applying....lol...just kiddin ![]()
I would like to add that i felt it alwaysbeing useful knowing the opinion of someone having a little bit of an insight into ALL the melee professions as a whole.
Very balancing ![]()

I don't post that much on the boards but I always read them, and I'd be honored to be a correspondent.
Anyways, I sent an email... *crosses his fingers*
I have a brawler on TC, on his way to master (currently 0040) is it an advantage? ![]()

I would also but I'd be wondering why Pikeman have been neglected all these months and trying to get them fixed. Unfortunately most of your answers to the Pikeman's 10 submitted questions were vague. Now I understand you can't divulge the combat pass info but a little hope would have been nice.
Actually my attitude (months of frustration) isn't going to get me or the Pikeman anything. So, I'll try to be more civilized. If this combat pass doesn't fix the Pikeman profession once and for all TH, you and the development team will lose all credibility with (and I feel confident in saying this) 95% the Pikeman community. You may as well delete the Pikeman forum from your shortcuts because it will be pretty much dead. Why, because people will begin to realize they are just wasting their time and move on.
Please take your time and get it right.

There's no problem, there's a solution.... but sometimes it's not that easy.
I think Pikemen, Swordsmen and all combat professions are currently revamped for publish 7 and 8, as part of the combat revamp. Choose me as Correspondent and I'll take a look into the balancing as long as brawling is concerned. ![]()
Please choose me ![]()
Seckmoth, commando has big effects, but brawler's one are more.. er.... "refined"

Brawler was a great way to work into the whole correspondent thing. Good luck to all the applicants.
