This is an observation I have had

Jedi think that there mass overpopulation is doing us a favour by offereing us more content and that if they all stop playing we will be complaining that we have no content. I find this surprising as although I doubt we will ever get to the point of having no Jedi to hunt, if we did I wouldnt complain that much, as this would turn the game into more of a star wars feeling universe.

I would be just interested to know if there are any bounty hunters out there that are going to be dissapointed if there are less Jedi to hunt.

I also support the idea of hunting smugglers this will be great fun and I even think taht it is something that they would like too.

I would rather hunt smugglers to be honest but they really need to be beefed up more(Smuggler revamp...if they ever get a revamp that is)

I agree smugglers would be more fun but I wouldnt mind being downgraded a bit as bounty hunters are very strong (which they need to be at the moment for hunting jedi). But it would eb cool if smugglers more survived on escape and evasion and everything or nothing shots like last ditch.

I for one, certainly wouldnt complain if there were no Jedi to hunt. Plenty of other content out there for me.

Can you imagine hunting smugglers, Feign death, how is the BH gonna get over that one But smuggler hunting would be optional, perhaps BH missions on smugglers should only occur when smugglers ARE smuggling . So they can have a choice, they can smuggle if the want to, but they might end up on the terms.

Rather than being on the terms for being a smuggler.

less Jedi makes for a better game all around period. it was a mistake letting it become a playable character to begin with, look at the state of the game now because of it. no big deal, this is just another false promise in an attempt to get what they want and agian, they'll find out that the game does not revolve around them. the good players will adapt and continue, thewhiners are probably the ones who wanted their "I win button" and found out the harsh reality that it wasn't their to begin with and that they will actually need to rely on skill to survive. aww poor snuckums.

Ive tended to notice with the dev's that they make changes in stages, and things that at first can seem like a major nerf, can then be followed by the planned replacement that enhances a profession. For example the Entertainer BF nerf promptly followed by the entertainer specific buffs enhancement, encourageing ATK entertainers.

Is it possible that the jedi seem weak at the moment, just before they get teh FRS back, which is planned to sort the men from the boys amongst jedi? perhaps it will be the case that although all jedi are weakened at the moment, once the FRS starts back up the GOOD jedi will become powerfull whereas the full template power grinding picket herders will be easy pickings?

I can live in hope that perhaps this is all part of a plan by the devs to make Jedi as rare and special as they should be?

or perhaps Im wrong and in fact the game has no plan for the future, and the devs are just planning on making it open season on jedi for the hell of it?

I hope 90% of the Jedi toons DO cancel.

They ruin the game, they ruin the immersion experience, they run around in groups and smack-talk, whining at every new change that makes them less than the uber-class they seem to believe they should be.

If these changes are indeed planned to make these over-indulged crybabies quit, then GOOD JOB SOE!

When the jedi are rare as they should be, and the l33t-babies have gone to infect some other game with their whining, SWG will be a better place.

If all the jedi did stop playing I would probably grind out a different temp and take part more in the GCW. The main reason I picked up BH was the fact that if Itry to take part in GCWI get ganked by 8 or more. BH allowes me to single one out and see just how uber he/she is when not in a gank squad.

I would love it if there were no Jedi at all in the game. Bring the Dev's attention back to whats important. REAL content for the majority of players. Endor, Yavin, Dath revamp would be sweet.

It would never happen, if SOE / Devs took Jedi out of the game or made Jedi souseless.... we can file a lawsuit against them for wasting our time & for the drastic changes made against our characters... ok it states in the EULA gameplay may change, but seriously... not this much!!

Overpopulation meaning jedi is the biggest population of any prof?

If that is the case, no. The bigges prof is BH

Yeah... Jedi was uber at one point and everyone wanted to be one, so they worked their hardest to grind one out... not their fault.

How would you feel if you saw Bounty Hunter as it is NOW ( really uber and able to 1 hit people ) and after you grind out your template you find out your only able to do little damage and when you heal it takes double the Original requirments... not to mention you cant outrun or get away from your target.

How would you feel then? Oh and believe me... you Bounty Hunters are able to 1 Hit Jedi... believe me! I have a screenshot
