Just thought your profession might care about these numbers:
Max Dmg Cap: 1150
Min Sac Cap: 82
Min Ele Dmg Cap: 40 (or lower if the WS sucks that badly)
It is very possible to cap both the damage and sac, (without touching the ele dmg), creating:
Combined Damage: 1190
Sac: 82
Compare this against a T21 or ALR whose caps would limit it to:
Max Dmg Cap: 1185
Min Sac Cap: 82
Ele Dmg: NO!
Congradulations, a single master template BH now OWNS even a Riflemens damage output since I haven't even considered the possibility of dumping some experimentation points into the elemental damage. However, I do know the rate of increasing the ele damage with respect to experimentation point is small, approximately 3dmg/pt and after maxing the damage cap its typical to have 3-5 points left depending on how well the WS set himself up to use his experimentation most effectively. I'd say the very best HLR's that the very best BH's will ever hold are:
Max Dmg: 1150
ele Dmg: 55-60
Sac: 85
Combined Damage: 1200-1210 !!
This would be my token respec if i could bring myself to leave WS! Maybe I can fit both with enough left for the merchant I need... maybe...

EDIT: type'd the max damage cap of the alr and t21, i wrote 1165 as opposed to 1185.

I've got to get me one of theses(Can this use a Pup?)
But first I need to regrind MBH(wasted my respec on MP CM 4xxx then grinded MCM and gave up some BH stills)

technically, you put 4 identical tissues in the gun. thus, you need a set of 5 tissues as 1 in used to create the schematic of the subcomponent.
i guess i should also mention that in order to cap damage, a set of tissues with a max damage stat of approximately 185 is necessary, i think. there are ways to lower that number to 155-ish, but that would cause the gun to have a much higher sac of approximately 20.

yes, you can use a pup with these.
if i remember to, ill take a screenie of one with capped damage on a dmg+34.7%/spd+7.9% pup. it's not exactly a gun you talk back to.

exxcelent, now if I could only get a krayt to drop tissue. KIlled over 100 today and not one pearl or tissue set.

To be fair, there's a loot reward rifle from Kashyykk that has asmaller range than typical rifles. I think only 60 m.

Nope. Their speed and accuracy isn't going to be near what a Rifleman could put out.
