same here. Maybe you are thinking of stasis a jedi ability where you cannot do anything until you are attacked.

If you recover before root your fine... if root goes on while KD'd your screwed and cannot kd recover...
This is cause jedi to macro kd/ root/...... i seen it on combat logs... every kd followed by root...
Never had this problem myself, and I have often rooted jedi while they were KDd, so I can say I have been on the recieving and giving end of these situations and not seen this bug yet.... so if it is there... it is new.
Just cause a couple jedi have rooted directly after a KD doesn't mean there is a macro running. Only way to know that is if you ask them nicely, and they tell you the truth..... or be a CSR and check his combat logs.
For future reference.... do NOT post exploits on open forums. Instead send a PM to every CSR, Dev, Corospondent you can think of.

Like I said--- I donot know if BH can do this.... this was the jedi's reply to me saying that since Bh can he wasnot doing an exploit.
It very well may be the BH cannot do this to jedi.
However Jedi can KD/root --- and if root hits before BH recovers it is free 20+ seconds worth of hits.
This to me seems like an exploit
And if devs read this and do something I would not post.... Do you think devs actualy fix stuff when you send them a issue...
It takes the entire community to make any kind of change.

Are you sure your action wasn't below 25% when you were knockdown? if it is, you won't get back up. (jedi with root usually has sap- action regen is slowed)
yeah i am sure.
The jedi even told me that he/she does it all the time.
