Thread: Kneeling Jedi?

So I take a mission, I find him in eisley holding a rifle. Aight, this should be an easy kill right? So I start pounding on him, get him down to a little under half health and he pulls the saber and heals. So we go back and forth, normal fight for a while. Then he just kneels down. So I continue shooting, well now he's saber blocking literally everything I shoot at him. And he just keeps regen'ing since hes in the kneeling state, he regens pretty fast. So finally I had to log to go do something so I just leave, kept the mission though, will get him later. Anyway, I've killed quite a few jedi, am I just an idiot or was there something I could have done to finish him?

PS: Kneeling in combat is the same as sitting? Your health regens faster???

kip up shot makes YOU stand up. Startle shot makes the other guy stand

if he wasnt attacking oyu i have heard about a bug/sploit about jedi wearing PSGs where this happens.

Yep, he just knelt down, and all I saw was -BLOCK- -BLOCK- -BLOCK-. And thefew times I would hit him, he just healed it off. If I drank down some pyro I'd hit him every few shots, but that was all. If I ran by him to go to the otherside of him he would stand and hit me a few times, as I went by, then just kneel back down and continue not using up any pools.


Also Kd'd him a few times,if and whenit hit he stayed down for the regular time but then just heal and kneel again.

well most kneel to regen faster, as for the blocking i dunno, maybe he took some block food and you jus got unlucky or something. *and btw startleshot is a posturechange/mez *
