Can anyone help me? I know it's just probably bad luck, but I just spent 4 hours playing and completed 2 out of 8 missions. The first two missions I took were the successful ones. Thelast sixthat weren't completed were because of planet jumping muddapussbuckets!!! All 6 aborted missions were as follows.

Get mission in Kadaara and WAIT for shuttle to Theed. Call a probe droid and WAIT for it to come down to the planet. Upload the Biosig and head into the spaceport to WAIT for the droids finding. The mark is on a planet that I must go through Corellia to get to. I take the quick jump from Theed and end up WAITING for the shuttle on Coronet. When the shuttle finally arrives I go to the necessary planet. When I get there, the marks waypoint is right next to a city with a starport. I send out a seeker in hopes that he is running to a different city and WAIT for a response that he is off planet. I send off another droid to find what planet he is on and WAIT for a response to find I have to go through Corellia again. Now I WAIT for the shuttle to Corellia and WAIT for the shuttle to the planet I need (afew times I actually hit the spaceport at the right time) and get to the new planet to find the waypoint next to a city with a spaceport. I send another seeker and WAIT to find he is off planet.....after 2 more jumps with the same results I abort and try again from Kadaara. Cycle repeats for all of the marks.

The mark was continually jumping planet right when I got there. Twice I even sent out another probe droid to confirm the planet while I WAITED for the shuttle togo to the planetand it reported the same planet as before. Is my luck just that bad today?

Actually, I wonder if it might have something to do with missing marks. I have had a mark running toward the city I was in so I ran toward them to close the distance and never saw them. When I sent out a seeker, they weren't on planet. I did an interplanetary search and found them on another planet. I have never missed one when running right at them, but I eventually caught that one on another planet. That was a couple of days ago though. I dunno.

The Xp to FS Xp conversion is worse than grinding 32 professions and unlocking Jedi in my opinion. I now have to become a Master Medic in order to be able to do the Wounded Villager Quest to open the FS Slot for Medicine...Master Medic doesn't interest me in the least and I'm not gonna do it. I'll be content to remain a Swordsman...screw being a Jedi....I'll become a BH when Swordsman gets boring and help delevel the new to be Jedi's in the game. If George Lucas was dead he'd be turning over in his grave with this Bull**edit** storyline anyway.

Mmm not worse.

Getting one kind of XP is a hell of a lot easier than always starting fresh on new professions and not having the high level specials and speed to make it go quickly. But if you didn't want medic, why did you choose medical FS skills?

If you want me to be content, pay me.

There is just no way in the world to justify doing 22 professions and getting only 2 unlocks while other players that didn't nearly put in the work you did get twice as much or more. Total crap. There is no way SOE can justify it. So much for SOE "fairly compensating" us. I must state once again that I've NEVER in my life seen a worse group of game devs than those of those game. They are truly destroying this game and I can't wait till the new generation of MMORPGs hit the market and show SOE they can't treat their customers like crap. I am just glad we still have a company like Cryptic who truly cares and makes fantastic decisions that enhance their game, not screw their loyal customers. SOE will probably lose 10 accounts over this rip-off alone.

I didn't choose it, I was talking to all the different NPC's in the Village and came across this Quest and when I tried to choose it I was told I need to be a Master Medic to do it. Don't think so...I'll just play my Swordsman til I get sick of it...and Ihope to God that SOE hasn't **edit**ed Everquest 2 up, after this crap patch I'm wary of any SOE product now.

So..after 2 years I think...hmm..why not go for jedi..I'll just do it my way. So I decide to play my little heart out to get xp to convert. So for 4 days of playing (At the keyboard) and I'm only half way to capping. I can however go out and hunt with my TKA and cap in an hour. *sigh*

I really don't like this at all.....

Entertainers are not really made to be Jedi, the entertainer-related FS skills are more of a token thing really (imo).

they are a token thing, all they do now is speed up out buffs, so a master can buff in 20 seconds as opposed to 40 seconds

I guess I'm not clear...I am talking about the general rate of XP gain. Maybe I'm going for the Luck tree...not even the healing one..doesn't matter. The rate still is slow compared to those of a combatant. Granted our conversion is better. So maybe I should keep my little musician mouth shut.
