I'm a Mdef and can stand around all day while you guys try and kill me. You can't run me out of force (yes, I can channel force), you can't outdamage my heals+defense, how long would it take for you to realize it's useless? By the way I am cursed with a gimp saber so I simply choose not to fight back. Death by boredom ftw!

First let me apologize for sounding arrogant..that wasn't my intention. I'm not saying that I am invincible either, there is always a bigger fish, but in general, the FOTM BH's simply don't seem able to do enough damage to me. I would like to know your methods to kill me in 40 mins (DOT's maybe?) but I don't expect you to tell me on the forums. Guess I'll have to wait until you come knocking. I hoping you don't mean to beat me with a gank squad though.

He is right.
Your not that hard of a template, it would take maybe 5 to 10 minutes to figure out a good strat after watching which powerd you are using and maybe another 5 minutes to have you lying on the ground face up.
There are better bounty hunters that could do it faster, its all about the order in which you hit your special attacks and timing.

actually the OP is pretty much right i'm not Mdef just 4440 and i can pretty much just put most bh's on /follow and let my aura/infusion macros do the work if i actually need to heal a bit more i'll do a heal.. but i could do that all day long and pretty much not run out of force.. at full temp i can have aura/infusion running constantly and by the time i have to re-apply it i will be back at full force. very few bh's have a weapon with a min that can actually make a nice dent on a defender when they do is because they don't have aura running because maybe one of the specials go in the way of the aura macro... i've also noticed i take less dmg if i just stay still and tank than if i run after the bh trying to hit them...
maybe hidden mods?

Well, he already stated he isn't fighting back, just using that extra force he would be using to fight to sit and keep himself healed up... channeling to keep force and never getting low on it.
The only methods I could think of would be paralize and then whatever DOT makes your mind/action regen slow down. That would be the only way I could think of that a BH could keep you from channeling therefore losing more force than normal.. but I think the first poster answered the question.. 40 mins is a long fight... lol.

there are ways of disrupting jedi macros usually by knocking the player down/applying states at the right time.

I guess maybe I've been fortunate to have the less-than-spectacular BH's come after me. I know there are good ones out there, but sad to say there are many many more bad ones than good ones. I enjoy a good fight, and hopefully I'll run across some of the better BH's that will force me to adapt. Maybe a BH/RM/CM..I can see a good bh with good gear with that temp being a handful for me and my temp.

are you never tempted to do a quick /tickle?
I dont think in that situation I could resist the urge
and if a jedi done that to me Id be /ROFL

Lol..I've been tempted to /poke, /hug etc, but it seems most BH's would just get more pissed off, and start talking trash, which I do not do, nor care to hear. I did have one guy (I forgot the name, the fight about bored me to sleep) he fought me for about an hour and a half, until I had to log out for RL reasons, so naturally he got the kill. I was less than pleased at losing that way, but RL is more important than some xp. I suppose one tactic could be to just outlastme at the keyboard..lol

Idont know about CM but my min damage 600 kinetic rifle every few seconds is gonna make you heal more. Throw in a few well timed startles to messup your macros and you'll have to fight or run.

Ill tell you how i would beat you, quite easily, first i would thyroid u, slow u down, the mind debuff, rootyou and keep you away from me , picking at you little bit at a time, you would probably try to save your force by not running certain of your sepcials but it would make little difference, your glow stick would bounce off me and i would keep picking away, mind debuff, when your mind is getting low, start to apply dots to increase the dmg output , you would have no choice but to start eating your force due to your inability to heal through no mind, then i keep snaring and rooting you cant get away, give u 5 minutes before you drop.
Ive killed pre CU mdefs with some 3 perfect crystals in their sabres.

Yeah the kinetic rifleman might be a tougher one to deal with, I may have to throw up Imp Valor for a minute or 2 if you start landing startles, etc.
