As would I. I think alot of folks feel the same way. We could have the option of playing in a server dominated by jedi OR in the one I stated. I think we would see renewed intrest in all profs in SWG in such a server rather than the current BH/Jedi war. They would have to actually balance the profs and make it work correctly rather than just the same ol nerf game they currently play.

I think the idea is ok but I wouldnt go. Id have to leave my guild and friends and I am sure i'd be deemed "The Carebear" server

Most of my friends and Guild would be close behind me, making a mad dash to such a server. And I dont care what they would call it. As long as there were no Jedi around, I would be as happy as a Carebear.

I think it would be far from carebear! I believe the GCW would hit hardcore and on new levels...forget carebear crap bring on the war and leave the flashlights for the kiddies!

with half my guild grinding the village or jedi i'd have very few followers unfortunately i'd head in an instant though. there are 5 known jedi now not 500 to a server.

get rid of:

rebels (force into hiding)
rebel bases
rebel pois

genosians

nk-necrosis

add coroscunt

maybe then its more real.

Sounds great and add better content for all profs AND no jedi! WHOOOO now we are talking!

I think you are absolutely right. With the Absence of Jedi, the GCW could hit Critical Mass.

I remember back in Pub 9 (when I started), before all the Jedi, People would form squads of diverse templates and go on raids. Word would get out, and the opposing faction would form thier own squad of diverse templates, and intercept. Man that was so cool. It made for much more interesting battles, and far far more people participated in the GCW.

Yup, we had an insane war that lasted ALL FRIGGIN WEEKEND! We hit rebs rebs hit us it was in player cities then spilled into non-player cities, bases fell people died by untold numbers! It was insane....havent seen anything like it in quite some time. The last time I went overt I got hammered by 6 jedi knights and 4 jedi masters......Yup thats fun, specially the hate tells afterwards.....

That got nerfed and guilds like TSA left. Then PvP guild wars died.
