Honestly, they should pull Jedi off the terms if a BH takes the mission.

Sometimes I go with a buddy to fight Jedi. Of course, we can't both attack the target, but it's fun to watch and stuff. You can also have your friend do recon (like walk through the starport or wherever to get an idea of what he's doing). It's pretty safe because if the Jedi suspects him, they just /duel exploit and then think they're safe because he doesn't have theirmission.
Although I hear if faction, mission title, and payout are the same it's the same Jedi, but I'm not sure.

Actually there is a way out there, I assume it's an exploit. I've personally witnessed and others in my guild have seen it numerous times, where a group of three bounty hunters go to a mission terminal (during busy hours) and all walk away with the same target. They then go and all three attack the Jedi, at the same time. I have no idea how they are doing this, but they are.
For those of you about to bash me on this, just remember, I'm not complaining. I'm just stating that it IS being done. I'm assuming that if they can do it with three than can do it with 8, perhaps more.
We all look for fairness in a game and realness but in reality both cannot co-exist. If it was all real there would be no cloning. There would not be an ability to carry 120 guild halls in your back pack, etc. I personally think that a group should be able to hunt and a group should be able to defend. Seems silly to be in a group of Jedi's and the others can't help. Though it is silly also that this game has so many jedi (myself included) in this time line. We should just move every Jedi to a new server that is PVP only and change the timeline on that server to the Sith Wars. But that's another thread entirely. I digress.
At any rate, the exploit is out there and being used regularly. Each day we see it more and more often. Members of my guild are attempting to duplicate it so we can report it but as of late, I'm apparantly not as smart as the Ex'rs.
