At any rate, picking a same bounty under normal conditions does not exist. I spent nearly an hour of "refreshing" on a terminal yesterday attempting to get the exact same mission as a partner BH. Not once in that time did I find a single mission that was the exact same. You always get a different payout, or slightly different wording. And our Combat Level was the same. So it's something else. If you don't call it an exploit, it is sure a heck of a trick. I mean really, I think I have carpal tunnel now. Sitting and refreshing forever. Yet three BH's can sit at the terminal next to me for a couple of minutes and they all get the same mission. There is def something odd there.
I may have been unclear. My point was, the same Jedi will have the same title and bounty. You can find it if you look hard enough.

Payout is a completely random number.
I refreshed pages and wrote down the Creator, payout and the start of the description. Every so often i would come across the same creator and description, I tried this with a friend, i found a mission but didnt accept, however he couldnt find the same creator/description.
Maybe we didnt look hard enough
But ganking is possible and its happening, I just dont know how =/
