NEW servers should be opened - classic style servers - with NO ability to EVER becaome Jedi for ANYONE.
Nice easy solution.
SOE makes more money.
Jedi are happy with Jedi Wars.
Other classes cant complain anymore since there would be servers w/ no Jedi to play on ![]()

I didn't say anything about a new server or no jedi, I was saying the patch isn't working as its supposed to be.

And the thing that aggravates me the MOST is they spell it Do instead of Due .. Its Due to the number of life signs on Kashyyyk.. not "Do"
I mean nothing is right about this new system. We get names and amounts and crap taken away for promises of these Jedi being online and you now what... its totally screwed up! We still get offline Jedi just know we cant /findfriend and see if they are online ourselves we have to out of a town and throw up the stupid droid to find out now.
So in this publish we lose 100% Jedi gain 100% Looks equal to me.
Classic proof of the warnings I gave during beta to anyone who would read or listen.
The problem is simple: if you add Jedi to the terminals when they log on, but you do not remove them from terminals when they log off, you don't need a rocket scientist to tell you that eventually (12, 24, 36, 48 hours after the server has been reset)the number of missions for offline Jedi will totally swamp the small number of missions for online Jedi.
The fix is equally, even stupidly, simple: when Jedi log off, and the system is saving their status etc., call a subroutine to remove their mission from the terminals.

If the devs put in a change to the BH/Jedi system but didn't include what you mentioned, then they all must have been drunk, stoned, or a mixture of the two. Why on Earth would you put in a change that would generate missions for Jedi that were not online? I can understand if the Jedi went offline after the mission was generated, which I assumed what was happening at first. But come on! Server restart? Rediculous!!

I don't see any reason why the droids shouldn't return information about marks on Kash. The initial salesboost for the expansion, must now be well and truly over.
I also see no technical reason why wps shouldn't be returned. The seeker droids could also return the instance no, of the mark in question.
So why does this continue? Who knows!

The greatest idioticy is to sugest that the developers would or should express a sign of common sense. hehe, seriously.
(Not a flame, just expressing the incompotence of the development studio heading this project. Unfortuneately the errors reside upon the producers for failing to identify areas needing improvement to insure an investment; job security in full effect. "It's broke! Oh no, now we have to fix it!!!")
Is anyone able to imagine the return that could be produced through proper allocation of resources to prevent bugs before they're introduced?
LOL. There are A LOT of misspelling littered throughout the game -- from NPC dialog to the text on loading screens. I'm convinced that this is the number one source of bugs in the game: some of the Devs do not know how to spell -- seriously. It just takes one misspelling in a line of code to create a hard-to-find bug.
