This is not a flame...To the OP, I think this is just a case or Rock beating Scissors. MD can defend against this type of attack, your template can't. Please don't call nerf because your template can loose to an attack.

What does it actually do? And does it effectively?

I hope this isnt another skill like supression fire that i havent actually been able to use successfully yet =/

i was wondering about that to when i first got it..then i found out it just damages the weapons condition rating of the other persons weapon..

There's no mystical energy field that controls my destiny..its just alot of simple tricks and nonsence...............

Thats actually kind of funny. Think how pissed off someone will be when you start punching away at there uber sliced weapon that cant be repaired.

What is this thing supposed to do? I just got it and I don't see any difference between it and Body Shot, besides that it doesn't just target HP. The description says that it targets your opponents weapon... Great... What does that mean? Does it do damage to the weapons condition or something....?

Yeah, it hits the condition on the weapon. I guess SOE wants us to grief.

The title is misleading. I was hoping it would "knock" the weapon from the players hand. That, however, would make the Pistoleer profession too powerful and you'd hear the cries of "Nerf! Nerf! They're worst than CHs!"

arg thats disappointing....i was going into the pistoleer tree all anxious so i can be annoying in pvp to disarm weaps....damnit.....

I remember when Fencer and pistoleer were both to get disarming shots. The original idea was to do some dmg to the weapon and drop it to your inventory. shame they changed it
