So i take a mission on a rebel jedi named Edebu. i locate him to a remote place on dathomir. I track him down and discover sadly that i dont have a TEF due to the server boundary bug. i hop off my bike and explain to him i have a mission on him and don thave the Tef and wonder if its possible to settle it with a Duel to the Death. Instead of laughing or acting like a jerk, he gladly accepted. The battle lasted a good five minutes as we battled it out in the wilderness of Dathomir, but in the end, I prevailed, collected my bounty and gave him a bow of respect. So i like to say good fight to Edebu and im glad some people have that amount of honor that they wont hide from a game flaw mechanic.

Wow even I wouldn't do that and I am very honourable and nice. You should try to befriend that jedi he seems like a great person

I'd do it, but only after establishing that it was a real BH and not some CM dabbler wannabe.

You mean a BH that went 1on-1? He didn't bring a gank squad with him?
If thats the way all BH's operated, I'd be very glad to duel.
THe problem isn't loosing to the BH, its loosing to the BH's 10 friends normally.
Tip of the hat to both of you.

You're honorable yourself SpecialForces. You didn't bring any friends or CMs along, which made the duel very fair. It is to BH's like you that I bow to, and hope get my bounty so we can have a fair fight come Publish 10

Yes, I must admit that my admiration for Edubu and his honour is only slightly tainted by my incredulity at his deathwish.
But I too would have accepted your challenge. Then, while you bowed low before me to begin the tourney, kicked you smartly in the face, Roger Moore-style in 'Man With the Golden Gun, because I had switched to my master TKM template while you were finishing the Pre-Duel Tea Ceremony.
And yet, that is only my way.

Yea, I'd have done it too. A guy shows up and tells me he's got a contract on me, I know I'm gonna run into him again sooner or later...might as well get it over with. Better a one-on-one when I'm buffed and ready than a surpise attack when I'm not.
One time a BH asked me to duel. He didn't have a mission on me, but had just never fought a jedi before. I agreed because I had 0 tracked deaths so what the hell.
It went back and forth; sometimes I had his ham down a good amount, and sometimes he had mine down a good amount.
Ultimately, it was the terrain negotiation that won. We ended up running all over, and since I had to chase him to keep him in range, he had control over what terrain we were in. Once he figured that out and headed for the hills, there was no way I could keep up and eventually I ran out of force and he kited me to incap.
He didn't db, though being on fire was starting to piss me off.
