I bought this game in july 2003, b/c I wanted to be a Bounty Hunter. Read the Boba Fett Series, and still get excited about collection the best armor and weapons. I have also acquired a Jedi along the way. I am sick of what BH vs Jedi is doing for this game. The communities have became so divided, GCW has taken a back seat to the BH Wars. That isn't star wars its Imperials vs Rebels and that should be the main focus. Plain and Simple. I petition to eliminate Player Vs Player hunting it is making the community an unpleasant place to play, when this should be a form of relaxation.

Yep. Agree 100%. I also bought the game with the intention of being a BH and a damn good one too, but when Jedi became available I couldn't resist. That said, I would give up my Jedi in half a second to have the old game back. The BH/Jedi conflict is tearing the game and it's community apart. I'm not going to point fingers, both sides are at fault to some degree. Alas, I feel the increased emphasis on Jedi and the Jedi/BH conflict stems from SOE's marketing efforts to push the Jedi as the main focus of the game and the fact they're also orienting it more towards the new trilogy, thus resulting in little focus on the Rebel/Imperial conflict and more focus on the Jedi, the centerpiece to Episodes I, II and III

See people are drawn toward the hate posts, and the flames those are the ones with the huge page count. But when it comes to wanting a better community and a game that is fun and enjoyable you don't see many posts. I miss the old days of SWG

The great old days of SWG went down hill soon as the Jedi were born. So in other words, you are part of the problem.

Part of the problem.... LOL see that is what I am talking about there is way too much hate, and non jedi are jealous (why i have no clue jedi suck and I play my MBH). Problem - do you even know my play style? Do i PvP or PvE? Do I prefer helping new players or killing people at starports. You are stereotyping and that is dangerous.

See it is all about hate, you belitte me why? B/c I stated my opinion, why do BHs hate Jedi then. What did I ever do to the gaming community that resulted in effecting someone's gameplay. Call me a nerf lol ouch.... Serious did I belittle you? I stated my opinion, might not be true but it carries some weight. There is a reason why 90% of the server population (not including alt characters) is grinding jedi or are jedi.

the truth is in my signature, clickified for your pleasure. One of the best threads yet. If you guys had played since launch you would notice the vast difference in quality of the GCW and PVP in general. Otherwise you shall always be blind to the facts.

Far as Jedi hate?, of course not, afterall you guys are my content. I extremely enjoy the pvp aspects to it. However, I look at the overall big picture of what SWG used to be before the first Holo's appeared. If you did not start the game back in 2k3, you would be completely clueless as to what SWG was about in the glory days when there was three times as many players logging on....

All I can say is I hate it because Caff is not a powerful enough drink! Grrrrrr!

Make it stronger! As far as Jedi vs Bounty Hunters..................Oh-well. I will continue to do my own thing and have fun.

Oh-wait! I hate one other thing! I don't have a Jet Pack yet darn it! One day I shall have one though!
