Thread: 225k here i come

well not quite yet but I'm getting there. I'm getting pretty good and hopefull soon I'll be able to take on 225k solo on a regular basis. I've already killed on solo. I dueled a full template last night and was holding my own while wearing downhi force. I eventually ran out of action and couldn't regen fast enough. My nullifier x rifle action cost is like 119 which really east away at the my action. Even with buffs and brandy its still pretty tough but I'll eventually find the right combos and stuff to take on the 225k'ers

Yeah my favorite carbine has a 115 action cost mod. Its pretty much unusable in a long duel with a Jedi. Too much cost.

so far i can take on the 191k'ers with no problem. I'm still looking for a killer rifle with low action cost.

You can use those special action reduction power ups, I heard that they work wonders

thats not a bad idea since the max damge with out my damage pup is 1100. i could handle what ever penalty it is for the reduced action cost. thanks for the tip.

*question:


When attacking Jedi do you place states on them and if so do you change weapons or are you using your high damage ones with the insane Special Action Costs?


I recomend that everyone has two weapons on hand. The Low SAC should have accuracy mods on it to assist in it's intended roll which should be only to stick those states. After you get your states switch to your high dmg weapon and nail them !!

question from a jedi...



Im fully templated and i cant get a BH to hunt me if I stand in middle of Kashyyyk SP and ask them to get my mission. The dozen or so times Ive gotten attacked I whipped the BH quick, wasnt even close. They try to root me but I just root them back, advanced saber toss to get them off their feet, close the gap, and once im in melee range fight lasts 5-10 seconds.


Maybe its because my saber is better than most but i cant possibly see how any BH can beat me one on one ever. Unless they catch me napping or already in a fight and my force is almost gone I just cant see it happening.


I dont even anticipate pub 19 hurting me much. I already have my heals macro timed to 10 seconds (longer than nerf, 6 sec) and my health bar never budges.

i'm expecting a few calls from bhs after pub 19.....but i do expect they'll be short lived on the bhs part

Those of you who are taking 200k missions and above, what are your templates? I am revising mine and need some info!
