Just wondering how can you really tell if a jedi walking freely around town taking a leak (using there jedi heals on unspecting players) are really paddys or actual higher level jedis just with lower level tags? Been writing down a list of paddies but see them as level 80's.. does this mean that they are actual paddys or just playing the part to fool us BH into thinking there weak?

lvl 80 has nothing to do with whether or not they are paddies....what the hell are you talking about

Hehe very likely so.

Pre-CU i had a friend who bought clothes of a newbie then put on his Novice brawler tag (he was TKM/fencer both mastered) and would go up to people that would be say lvl 50ish now and he would start fights.

I wouldnt be suprised if some jedi acted like that, it is kinda funny.

If the prancing jedi are actually paddies, lock and load brothers

What I am trying to say is that is there any way to tell if that jedi is a paddy or a higher level jedi? Like us, we are master bh but we can put up a novice marksman tag or whatever other than bh but we have the skills of a master bh. paddies should be shot while just sitting around in the cantina like no one cares because they are trying to pimp to the afk lady dancers.

Level (like level 80 Jedi) has nothing to do with their title. They have an extra layer to their game, called the FRS (force ranking system) in which they PvP in order to gain status. When that status is high enough, they become knights. However, the FRS is currently not in the game anymore, because it is being revamped. Former knights are allowed keep their titles, but not status as knights in the FRS.

So, right now all Jedi are padawans, because the FRS is currently not functioning in game.

did i read you right? all jedis are paddy's??? even the 200K+ ones???!? I am currently starting off low with the 40k-60k ones and just wondering. I was actually try to watch jedis with my dancer alt (who is making bh probes for my main bh hehe) and see what kind of stats are on them to determin there level of jedi and the worth of taking them out with my main.

Yeah... FRS is a kind of ranked PvP that was supposed to give Jedi content by making them fight Sith and vice versa so that they could advance in rank... But it turned into a system that was easily exploited by 'fight clubbing.'

When the FRS is reinstated, players will again be given ranks, and you will see honest to goodness knights, etc... for right now, all the people that have a knight title are acutally full tempelate padawans...

On another note though, I'm not sure that the ranks really grant THAT much more power, so many of the full padawans may be close in strength to a knight.

Only 1 sure fire way to know if a Jedi is high level or not and thats to go to terms. LvL means nothign because Jedi hit lvl 80 very fast just from Jedi skills, also they could eb a complete noob Jedi but have master X and 2 lines of Y to make them lvl80.

As for titles. Only pre-CU former Knights of both light and dark (we are now really padawans because FRS is turned off) will have the title Jedi Knight. Us darkies cant use DJK because that is a FRS title, incase you get confused.

Never believe a title anyway, as a BH you should know better. I mean dont tell me you walk around with the MBH title up?

No, you cannot derive anything about skills from the title.
A Jedi Initiate could have two Jedi Masteries and two 4th tier boxes. The only way to find out for sure is to look at BH terminal payouts.
Moreover, CL 80 doesnt say a lot, either - could be above said full template jedi, or Master Rifles / Force Healing 4xxx / some other skills.
I myself usually dont wear my Master tags - old habit from pre-CU times. Master Doc got you in tell hell pretty fast, and Master Rifles said too much about combat abilities and weaknesses.
