I myself usually dont wear my Master tags - old habit from pre-CU times. Master Doc got you in tell hell pretty fast, and Master Rifles said too much about combat abilities and weaknesses.
The terms wouldn't say a thing either. The bounty just represents the skillpoints used.

Mmmmmm, the payout and hence the skills points tells you everything...
An experienced BH will be able to tell you the extact payout when this occurs, but here is the basics(and this excludes those expoilting respec by getting noob boxes), a Jedi payout of above around 100k and a ODD number = single mastery. Above 200k and EVEN payout = double master. So unless you have a /respec Jedi, which thank god is now going (bloodly disgrace) the skillspoint are all a BH needs to know.
You forgot the Token respec and the fact that some dumbass jedi will first fill the boxes before use their token, instead of banking all xp. But I agree that a veteran BH will know what his targets are
