oh, nbd to me. i'll hunt npc's only. at least i dont have to worry bout whether they will be online.

yes, webweaver is on 4. What I wonder is... has the LOS issue been corrected as well.

Don't get me wrong, these are "okay" ideas but this can not be what Tanks was holding out on letting us know.
What this patch does is this, it makes MBH more interested in NPC's and staying away from Jedi's with trying to get some loot.
So please Tanks can you at least say "yes" or "no" if this is what you were waiting to tell us?
I don't see this changing the minds of the people who are quitting, since they are really annoyed with the PvP changes in the name and payout.
This is only a suger coat that the devs are hoping to change how upset the BH were at Pub 20.
And I really hope the loot that these "bosses" drop is really nice as in some only MBH only weapons like upgraded Scatter Pistols, like the Greivous Scatter Pistol, or something along those lines, or Assult Armor with a higher Energy resistace or items that you could give Armorsmiths to upgrade armor for you. Or some real nice CA / AA's on par with the Dark Jedi Master. Or perhaps items that can help track Jedi on Kash.
If the drops are really nice to help upgrade MBH on taking on Jedi then i shall say then this is nice and I will grind it and be happy.
So alot of it for me is what the "bosses" will drop and their spawn rate if this is nice Pub for us or just suger coating to calm the BH masses down.
EDIT:
Oh and the issue on level 5 was simple, at times a mob would be 10 meters away from you and you would try to attack and nothing happened. It would be very annoying trying to get some where when the mobs could smack you down and you would just stand their not being able to attack back.

Well, to me "throughout" doesn't actually mean exclusively level 5, but rather everything including level 5.
I mean if Tiggs would have said throughout level 3, I would assume level 4 and 5 still have the LOS.

You use seekers to see if they're offline? Use your Arakyds. They won't launch if the target is offline and therefore, no wasted droid. In fact, you can try this at the terms before you go get your bio signature. Save some time.

No you can't....if you try to use a droid BEFORE you talk to a SpyOp, a system message will tell you that you need to go talk to a SpyOp.
