Hi all,I've no experience in using parwan nutricake. Should I:
a. While chasing a mark, use my normal burst run 1st,let it expire then pop parwan nutricake to countinue the chase?
or
b. When the mark starts to force run,pop parwan nutricake to give chase?
Which is the more effective method? Thks in Advance.

B is the best choice. A is a waste of stomach space.

not much longer but it shortens the recovery time alot so you can burst run again after the last one ended sooner.

Lo all
I'd like to know whats the medium/good stats on Parwan Nutricake. Ok i know that it also depends on the resources and all, but lets say with good resources and using 87's.
I'd like to cook some but i honestly dont have a clue about the stats.
Cheers

Unenhanced:
HAM cost reduction: 48-88%
Recovery time decrease: 40-75
Filling: 29-19
Quantity: 5-8
The trick to nutricake is that people don't really care about the HAM reduction (they're so juiced up on Doc buffs that it doesn't much matter). You want to focus on Flavor (recovery time decrease) and filling (hitting 25 fill is pretty useful).
You can hit 90% recovery decrease (which makes the "you are no longer tired" happen just as you slow down) pretty easily with good FL/OQ resources anda decent Multisaccharide Tetramate. The Tetramate may be tough to track down without a custom order, mainly because it requires 30 units of milk for each one. A good tissue value to look for would be 40+, buttissue bonus does max out at+50. +46 or 47would probably be the top end, just because of the difficulty of getting milk of any stats, let alone good OQ/PE/FL.
Primary focus: hit 90% recovery time decrease (requires experimenting flavor to 60-70% depending on tissue stats). Any higher than this won't make any difference (eating another dose while you're already burstrunning just resets the burst timer, they don't stack).
Secondary: hit 25 filling (requires hitting roughly 40% filling).
Tertiary: Quantity if you have enough experimentation points to squeeze out an extra dose, otherwise dump the pointsinto HAM reduction.
With 90% recovery/25 fill nutricake, a player can burst run for up to 5 minutes, assuming they start with an empty stomach. 4x nutricake + 1 normal burst run, each lasts 1m.

With +26 Flavor additives and the right resources (look for very high flavor enhancing statistics Flavor & OQ), you can hit 90+ on the recovery decrease pretty easy even as a 10-pt chef. However, the trade off is that you need to use more points to reach that and you leave less pointsto reduce the filling. I ended up with 91 Recovery Decrease, 53 HAM Decrease (yes, yes, no one cares about this ... at least for now), 23 fill, and 5 uses.
Using a medium flavor additive makes it much easier to hit that 90+ level and have more leftover points to reduce filling. Alternatively, if you don't have good enough resources to hit it with the light flavor additive, then you can "get by" with lesser materials if using the medium additive.
My advice is to stretch your milk (if you can) by going with a light flavor additive because you'll getmore additives if making light versus medium (20 milk vs 30 milk per bio-additive). But if you have plenty of milk laying around, then make the mediums and drop your filling more than your competitors.

my last batch of parwan was 90% recovery with 21% food fill.
using +47 medium flavor increasing tissues, but not the best resources.
as long as you get 90% recovery, it's sellable.

I have found this stuff to be very buggy. My 100% Time Reduced product only works as it is intented onlysome of the times. Still experimenting with this stuff to see if I can find reasonswhy it does not work every time.
