I used it pretty extensively with my characters today and it worked everytime so maybe I was bugged that day or something. Worked like a charm.

The desired goal is to reach 100% or better on the "Time Reduced". To reach this you need Multisaccharide Tetramates instead of the Broad Spectrum Nutrients from your tissue supplier. This takes milk so will be costly but stats on the milk are not that important. I can obtain this using milkcombined inthe creature recycler and it has 200 stats all the way down. Experiment flavor until you reach the 100% then put all the rest of your experimentation points into filling.

The nutricake will work under 100% but there will be a delay in when you can eat another and burst run again depending on the flavor stat on the cake you are using.

So when you use it, it is presumeably burst run, eat cake, burst run, eat cake etctill you are full and use up your last burst run - or have I got this wrong?

You are completely correct. Your actual /burst command shouldn't be used until you cannot fit any more cake into your belly.

Thanks for the confirmation - so get it to 25% fill and 100% burst run reduction and you have 5 burst runs immediately one after the other if you have an empty belly- very nice

Cost reduction isn't really that big of deal because when most people use this, they don't care so much about the action cost, they just want to get away. Plus, at one time the cost reduction was capped at 90% (although I haven't tested that since the CU). If it cost 100 action to burst run, the lowest it would ever go was 10 action, even if the parwan was 95-100% in that category.

To get the reuse time up, you'll want to get your hands on some Multisaccharide Tetramate. That's the BE tissue that gives a boost to the Flavor category, and that's the one effecting that stat on Parwan. 43-46 seems to be the average bonus on those. And they can be tough to find, since those tissues require milk.

The re-use reduction timer is the stat you want to get as close to 100% as possible. This is what allows you to eat one right after another Filling-reduction nutrients are the ones to use in this as well--you want to be able to eat as many as possible before having to use your actual burst run.
