This post is intended to cover the broad sense of what I am picking up around here at the moment.

Here are a few thoughts I have about the current state of the forums, in relation to the new BH loot and missions.

First, I don't think ANY complaints about the added loot or content will be received very well by those who worked hard at getting it in the game. It is sort of a "bite the hand that feeds" situation.

Have I pulled a white mark? Yes. Have I looted foraged bugs? Yes.

Have I had a mark off of server boundaries where I couldn't attack? Yes.

Am I having fun chasing down marks that will give me a reward 90% of the time? Yes.

Have I kept plugging away and actually pulled some good loot? Yes.

For the longest time, BH's complained about lack of content, Jedi imbalance, nerfs, etc...we all know that every profession out there has issues, but I certainly don't see them getting specialized loot drops. This loot system from BH marks looks like a nice gift to me.

So, for what it is worth, the complaining about the loot drops is going a long way in proving to everyone on this board that BH's may complain just to complain, don't you think? The Devs give us content in a silver platter, and we flip the platter in their face? Do you think that they will be so eager in bringing is the content again?

Also, before the usual suspects jump on the flame wagon (which I ignore), please remember that you are going to whine and complain even more when the nerf the loot drops...and no one is going to listen.

On another note...this post isn't designed to kiss anyone on the butt, please be aware of that. This post is intended to draw some attention to the fact that we should appreciate when things actually improve the game experience for people, and a few perma-jerks shouldn't be allowed to cry and whine in an attempt to ruin it for the rest of us.

I post rarely, but have been playing the game (off and on) since June 2003. And I did master BH in 2004, so I have experienced both pre-and post CU play.

I just want to say I am having the most fun with MBH and perhaps the most fun of all my SWG play experiences with Publish 21. What kind of moron would complain about this?!!

I just want to say kudos to the developers! They get bashed alot (sometimes for good reason), but they got this one right. And I hope the whining idiots shut up.

I havent beenable to get this coveted loot yet but once I get my character up to par, I will love it. Bounty Hunters are supposed to have awesome gear... Thanks Devs!
