Is it a policy violation to go AFK and progress my character through in-game macros?
No. So long as no other in-game system is being abused or exploited, in-game macros are entirely supported. An in-game macro that violates our other terms and policies is still considered illegal.

Doubt it, But there are a few BH's on our server that actually do show up. and so far you haven't been one of them. ![]()

That would work if you could get enough bounty hunters to do it.i know on my server i made a million in 1 hour killing them while talking to one of the jedi i killed he said it didnt hurt him none he is still getting more xp than he is loosing. and they run clone marcos to reclone and contiue with the afk group like noting happened since they reclone where they die.

It's no different then bounty hunters going into a base to do just the "first" slice to get bh exp.
Is it against the TOS? nope. Is it against the spirt of the game? yep.
but it is not an exploit nor is it "lame, it's just a game....
repeat...
it's just a game..

I think I stated this in another thread but I'll reiterate it here.... why do you all care so much? Is any of this harming you in any way shape or form? No, not at all. Entertainers do it, crafters do it. I can't say I'm all too fond of the way jedi do it, but that doesn't mean it bothers me so much I have to start a crusade to stop it. And I'll say it again, if there was an afk method to grind investigation, you better believe that many, if not most would jump on it fast.
We hunt jedi because it's our job (and even then in a roleplay sense only). It's supposed to promote fun. Anyone that jumps on these bandwagons take the BH vs jedi role way too personal.

Grinding your entire template afk without ever having to worry about visibility because BH droids can't track you to Kashyyyk doesn't qualify as "abuse or exploiting" the game?
