I agree one hundred percent.

About three weeks ago a few of my BFII clanmates joined me in SWG and we started a guild. When the new loot started dropping, we have done nothing but stockpile it, just in-case it's ever nerfed which I doubt it will be.

So far, our entire crew must have over 20 reactive armor platings, at least. Along with other valueable stuff.

Hate to pop the bubble here, but I immediately went out with the new Pub and checked any level 81 npc, NS rangers, Blacksun, etc. They all are dropping at high rates the same loots you are getting with the BH marks, with the exception of the BH armor schems. Since Pub 21 the NW corner of Yavin Blacksun spawns are dropping BH armor again.
It would seem they tweaked the loot tables and made the increase in dropping all CL 80-83. As 78,79,85 were dropping nothing but credits.

Will the new loots cause inflation or will it just redistribute the wealth?

The point of increasing loot drop of high calibur items is to lower the economy

as bh, we are now in control of a large influx of powerful items. with all the new sea's and slicing components dropping from bh missions we have the unique opportunity to greatly maximize our jedi-hunting templates. the new loot gives bounty hunters the competitive edge that it so desperately needs against high level jedi. we have a responsibility to use the new loot to further this end, rather than simply selling away all of our loot. hold on to those smuggler items and have them used on the awesome krayt tissue'd rifle you could afford to buy with the money you made from selling that +12 polearm speed attachment. meanwhile, make yourself a nice suit of sliced armor with as many sea's to boost your own stats as possible.

the new loot is a much needed addition to our profession. as the controllers at the fountainhead of all this powerful gear, we owe it to ourselves and the devsto first strengthen ourselves before flooding the market. sell the loot carefully and use as much of it for yourself as possible. with any luck at all, we can keep this gift from the devs in the game. lets show some foresight and use this gift responsibly.

I believe that hoarding is selfish. I've been selling my items.

i have collected a pretty good bit of the new loot as well, yet i am still grinding the final investigation branch. I am planning on using as much as i can and saving some, but i could use the money to buy better armor and weapons, so i ask

Where do i sell the loot to make all this money? How are you people making so much on the loot, what price should i sell this stuff for, or where can i look to see what it is selling for on my server?
