Click on your server trade forum. You should see a ton of price checks on the new loot, along with some instant sales and a ton of auctions for it.
Watch the trade boards for a week or so to get to know the ranges this stuff is selling for. Watch who on your server is selling it. It's usually the guys spamming the Dant OP with "Buying ADK's for 7 million!!" that are selling them on the boards for 10 - 12 million credits. Don't sell anything to them in the game, it'll just end up on the forums for sale to anyone.
Watch for the weapons made from the loot drops selling on the boards, pay attention to the stats and the prices, get to know a good WS who can make those for you with what you collect.
The original poster is correct, we need to manage these items to make us better jedi killers, not just wealthy BH's...

Smuggler items goto Smugglers free. Sort of my Love to them as they want to be hunted and Wont whine about it.
CAs. Well if it has good stats for a Jedi i can Honestly say it goes into a House for safe keeping. As for other Professions I just give those away aswell. Ive only sold one CA and that was pre Loot patch.

I killed a Boss NPC earlier today and all he dropped was a Jar of Bugs....I was pissed.

In regards to prices;
On Starsider, I have seen some of the top end loot such as illegal core boosters, delicate trigger assembly, Mandalorian Intraframe, & reactive micro plating selling anywhere from 35k to 900k, depending on the individual selling....quite the range, eh?
The Bounty Hunter's responsibility? I believe the bounty hunters should use this opportunity fully to get filthy beyond belief rich, upgrade their weapons and armor to the max, and thus go for their marks with a renewed vigor, muhaaahaahahaaaaaa....!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so true. It sucks to see the Smuggler community get the shaft in SWG from ay one. I always wanted to play a SMuggler and NEVER wanted to be a Jedi.

I completely agree with the original poster as well. We need to use the majority of this loot to strengthen ourselves. I also believe in sharing some of the wealth. I have one trusted smuggler that I provide some of the looted items and am currently looking for a trustworthy WS to help out so that they can help myself and another MBH on the Chilastra server. Quick question for all those credit hungry BH's out there. Why do you need all those credits? You sound like an overpaid athlete who wants more and more money, only to let it sit in a bank, because you don't know what to do with all that money. Maybe there is another reason that I am unaware of why you need to amass such a nest-egg of credits. Advise me if so.

I agree 100%...help yourself...help your inner circle of friends, help your guildmates...stash for a rainy day when you really need the cash....above all else...regardless of what side you fall on GCW....do NOT let Jedi CA fall into the hands of opposing Jedi....you wonder how certain Jedi manage to avoid 80% of your states? SEAs...you wonder how they consistently hit you for 500-600 pts of damage? SEAs, you are befuddled how a 2 handed LS manages to hit just as fast as your speed capped Scatter? SEAs....yes..SEAs really do that big of a difference...
