Mara Jade is Luke's wife. I think they just had kids in a new book but i havent read all of NJO. Before that she was the emporers dark jedi assasin, kinda, was actualy sent on a mishen to kill luke and hated his guts for a long time after that.

During this timeframe of the Star Wars Galaxy, Mara Jade is "The Emperors Hand". She is essentially a personal assasin/thug and his enforcer. She is fairly skilled and deadly woman altogether. Chances are if you dont work for the Empire she probably has little to say to you. BTW, where did you find her at? Coordinates would be great

You meet her during one of the Missions in the Emperor's Retreat.

She isnearythe Emperor's Retreat, just look for the single white dot on the map. I' m guessing within a range of 600m or so of the the Retreat.

The coords for anyone who wants them are 2429 -4472.

BTW af your a Rebel she wont say anything to you.

She gives you a mission if you're doing missions for Darkth Vaydar :-D


Nono, seriously, if you do missions for good ol' Darth, he'll tell you to go deliver to Mara Jade (which if people dont know, is the future wife of Luke Skywalker)

Then she'll gripe about Vader a little and you'll be on your way. She gives you no extra missions.

Oh yeah? Where at? I'd like to meet her. She's cool, although a bit of a *****I suppose in this timeframe as the Emperor's Hand.

Shes in the middle of nowhere on naboo. I tried conversing with her but she said i dont work for him and to buzz . Too bad im not an Imperial right now.

Is this just one of the missions for the imp Theme Park?

This first time I ran into Mara Jada out in the middle of nowhere, I almost fell off my chair. I was hopeful she would have some interesting wisdom to impart to me. Her response?

"If you're not working for him, then I suggest you get out of here quickly."

It wasn't until a few days later that I realized the Emporer's Retreat was so close to her, and made the connection. By the way, the music that plays when you stumble across the area of the retreat is the single scariest thing in the game.
