there are no moves that will pull a jedi out of cloak. the only things that will pull a jedi out of cloak is if the jedi is dumb enough to have a auto-attack set, runs out of force, does an aggressive action, or presses the de-cloak button.
but your basic premise is true. most jedi do not have cloak.
Actually there is a move which is not an exploit that would pull me out of cloak.
1st type paypal.com
then donate $100.00 to DivNotDed
I will get an email and then I will hit the cloak icon in the toolbar and wham I am uncloaked.
Other than that there are no moves currently that will knock a Cloaked Jedi out of cloak.
DOT's and AOE mean nothing to a skilled player, just as a cloaker means nothing to a skilled BH as the Jedi will never get the chance to cloak without first using some other skill to gain distance.
Finally the Astomechs PROVED the novice box of Force Weilder was the LEAST chosen of the 5 Disciplines there are more tailors and dancers than cloakers.
This is a key issue because the bulk of the players tend to gravitate to the "stronger" templates rather than the weaker ones. So using the demographics of what the players are should be a Dev guide to what needs balancing.
For example, the lack of Squad leaders etc indicates they are considered weak (even if you dont know anything about the profession!) and thus need boosting. Equally, those heavly occupied professions may need the dreaded nerf.
For Jedi, MLS is very popular and Healer 4xxx too. More Jedi have these than Powers x4xx, and indeed, Master Powers is very underplayed - an indictation of its percieved weakness.
For non-Jedi, MBH, Master Rifles and MCM top the prefered profs. Again, hardly surprising as they are considered the "better" ones by the bulk of the playerbase.
And just as an aside, there are moves that knock a jedi out of cloak which are not exploits. Only some professions have them, and they are not in MBH/MCM/Mrifles. Have a look in the others and you will find :-P

I know everyone has an opinion on this, but most Jedi do NOT have cloak. You to can see the truth by looking at the Game prof stats kindly produced by the Devs and work it out (doesnt take much statistics to cross correlate the distributions between novice and masters).

this is very true for jedi and non-jedi (as you said) people just assume jedi have cloak

Buy a pet, a pet is a valid response
A mate on a bike is as much of an exploit as them using /duel.
My Jedi has cloak and twice I've had BH prevent me from using cloak by sticking a probot/gurreck on my head.

Well, if you're standing beside a cloaked jedi, pull a bomb droid, and detonate it with him in the AoE, then if he's your mark, you should knock him out of cloak.
That's the only way I know of w/o exploiting, and he's got to be pretty freaking stupid to let you do all that.
And your statement "no-one knows" is false. Those who do know aint saying tho :-P
And as I said, they aint in MBH/MCM. Thats 1 clue. Another is that only 1 ranged prof has the move and only 1 melee prof.
The moves dont say "Designed to break cloak" but if you play and understand how the prof works its not hard to figure out. Those who dont play the "lesser" profs and just follow the FOTM bandwagon wont get it. Those who are smart enough to figure things out should get it.
I will say no more about it, surfice to say 1 of my toons has it.
That said, its not actually that useful as despite all the bull, cloak isnt actually much of a problem to me. The reason is nearly every jedi who can cloak also has at least En3xxx, which means its root -> FR1-3, swoop etc if needed. IMO this is harder to stop than cloak

Also, an area KD will not pull a Jedi out of cloak - unless the Jedi is stupid enough to use KD recovery while cloaked.
