there are no moves that will pull a jedi out of cloak. the only things that will pull a jedi out of cloak is if the jedi is dumb enough to have a auto-attack set, runs out of force, does an aggressive action, or presses the de-cloak button.

but your basic premise is true. most jedi do not have cloak.

Also, an area KD will not pull a Jedi out of cloak - unless the Jedi is stupid enough to use KD recovery while cloaked.
