Depends on the speed of the weapon you are using, but mostly 90-95 is needed.

20.. 15 if you're master brawler too, 3 if you have FS speed

how many plus points in tapes do you need to speed cap swordsman?

I saw the post a long time ago and now cant find it =/ But I was wondering if the speed cap for fencer is 95? Or assuming for a weapon up to 6.1 speed?

Its capped at master, waste of my 25+ 1hand speed CA in my pants

For a 6.1 weapon you need 94 speed to cap, but where did you get such a slow weapon? Player made non-enhanced should max out around 3.5-4.0 if they aren't crap. The 90 speed we get as master fencer will cap 4.0 or faster weapons.

i am mbh/mc what is the highest speed i can have and still be capped, if im capped at all? imlooking for an answer because im trying to decide which laser carbine i should use. one is 2.6, 90-478. other is 3.5, 118-565. both are sliced and puped. dont worry about the cap if you just want to give advice on which carbine.
