You speed cap both , the first at speed 85, the second at speed 90. you should be around +120 speed sooo you could cap something like a 5.5 - 6 weapon

actually at mbh/mc you will cap an infinite number speed. anything over +100 speed will do this

Ok, a little experimentation tonight using BH critical shot (the most advanced one)and MR Improved Head Shot in succession (they seem to be in different cool down groups). Tested in PvE, vs Cyran the Unfeeling NPC on Kashyyyk.
According to the time stamps in the combat logs, I was firing approxiamately every 3 seconds. This would occasionally be made longer if the mob attacked me.
Using an Assault Bowcaster, spd2.64, my toon's speed when rifle held according to the character sheet is 120.
My friend then tested. He also got 3 second timestamps. He was using a T21, spd1.66, toon spd 85.
So how do these numbers relate?
Is 3 seconds the speed cap (because of cooldowns)?
I asked another random guy I saw, and he tested for me and also got 3 seconds....
Edit: My mod speed is 1.59.

If there is a speed cap on Rifles i need to know what it is before the respec period is over.
No point me taking a line in pistols for speed if its already capped.
I will follow this thread and hopefully someone can confirm what the speed cap is.

their are no more speed caps. However the more speed you get the less of a return you will see.

So, if there are no speed caps why were my friend and I both getting 3 second intervals between attacks?
How is it possible to reduce this 3 second time? Using speed tapes?
It seemed that the 3 second interval was limited more by 'cooldown' than by a cap. That is, I couldnt fire another shot because all the specials were still blacked out.

I got about 1.19 modified speed with speed power up, and I cannot fire as fast as I want on the specials. It just doesn't work that way anymore. Those special warming up time, execution time, and cool down time must have absoulte value somewhere.
That's nice.
Now timestamp your combat log, and tell me the time interval between the specials you are getting. Is it 4 seconds between each shot? 3 seconds?
