What combat rebalance. Wasn't creature handler rebalanced almost a year ago?

the combat balance is actually an ultra rare creature, like the frenzied graul

I can say that the changes envisioned are not trivial by any stretch of the imagination.

I guess it would be too much to ask if we could get a "yay" or "nay" as to whether CHs should have any hope for the CURB? Or would giving hope violate the NDA?
