And how do you do it? How do you know if the creature is female? Whats the command?
just get close, hit the radial menu key, and select milk (option 3 I think)

Milking is boring beyond belief. The amimals tend to run around when you try and milk them. No respectable Scout / Ranger milks for a living. Real Scouts/Rangers say phooey on milking and harvest the creature. The same can be said for gathering eggs.
And to those of you who will argue that it's a monkey maker - 38 million and I have never sold milk or eggs as I ain't no freaking dairy farmer with poopy on my boots.
Milking and egg gathering is something BEs should do. Gives them something to do other than be annoying as they tame a baby creature I should be killing.

It's boring, time consuming and requires far too much effort for too little payoff. I do itwhen I feel the need to and put it on the bizzar in about 100-500 unit ammounts, other than that i don't bother. Its just not worth it.

But as a Master Chef I need the milk for Bantha Butter that is needed for some food. Only 20k worth will make 1000 units of Bantha Butter, so it shouldn't take me to long. Although they should redo the system to make it easier to milk, like it is to harvest a creature.
Best advice......hire a friend (scout, BH, Ranger, ect) and pay them well. I harvest this stuff for friends all the time.
I just put some milk up on the Bazaar on Rori. I don't remember what the price was, but if it expires before it's sold I'd be happy to give it to you. I don't think it's a lot...but hey...free milk. ![]()
Otherwise, I'd be happy to harvest for you at a rate of 2 credits/unit...more of a compensatory fee than anything else.

I have to disagree with this. I am a MRanger and I still milk the creatures before I kill them. While granted the economy of the server determines how much I sell them for it is still a commodity that is needed.IMO the best creature that gives a fiar quantity of milk is the snorbal on Lok. Problem is finding the buggers....even with area track Lok is so desolate that I am searching for awhile.
But different creatures will give different stats on milk just like the other resources.
Even at 10cpu 100K units of milk is still 1mill credits.(yes it does take awhile to get that much but the end result is worth it)
